For all the Indian cities, I already knew that our one stop solution for all accommodation problems will be FabHotels. I was introduced to FabHotels by a friend in Pune and I found the concept as well as the stay so neat and comfy that I decided that I'll be opting FabHotels for all my next bookings. FabHotels provides you decent comfy stays at pocket friendly tariffs so that you can have a wonderful stay without having too much to worry about making a big hole in the pocket. Since, I wanted to stay somewhere close to the Airport, I decided to stay at FabHotel Ascot International at Andheri East on the Andheri Kurla Road itself.
While I'm not afraid to say that the room was a little too small but It certainly wasn't any trouble to any of us spending a night or two. The room although looked decent and had a nice bathroom area attached to the room just like you would expect.

Total Tarrif for 2 Nights (Includes Breakfast):- 4,778 INR

The next morning was finally here and we were excited to explore the city. After a nice breakfast we're all set to go.

A day in Mumbai - City of Dreams

Clean rooms. Ms. Sangeeta at reception is fast and efficient. She provided smooth check in and check out. KFC near the hotel. Sudarshan restaurant near hotel for Indian food. Try Omlette Sandwich in In-Room dining service. Superb hotel.

Neat and Clean hotel near Saki Naka Metro Station Gate number 5 & 6

The rooms are tidy with good facilities. Breakfast is included in the room tariff. Being close to the Mumbai international airport is a big advantage. Walkable distance to Sakinaka metro station.

Recommend for budget travellers coming to Mumbai for short trip or flying out of the international airport.

Good Budget Hotel Near Mumbai Airport

Opted to stay here for a night thinking it will be near to the airport. Well not much distance aerially from the airport but can take more than 30mins depending on the traffic condition. The hotel is in the top floor of a six storey building serviced by 2 lifts. As I walked in to the lobby and through the corridor it was neither impressive nor the provisions were very safe keeping in mind the people that would be occupying the place. The first room I was offered was a bit too cramped of space and the second room I got was found to be okay for a single person or even for a couple. The rooms felt fresh and clean, quite satisfying for a good rest. The breakfast which is complimentary is limited and is brought from an external kitchen. I was served casually in a place a small portion of Poha and an Aloo Paratha which I did not find satisfying and disliked the most as I like to enjoy a good breakfast to start the day. If you are just interested in a room to stay you may go for it.

Not what I wanted

Stayed in this hotel for one night and my experience is mixed. The staff were co-operative and the rooms were clean as shown in the picture of the website. 
The negatives are-
The picture shows a whole building to give an impression of the hotel but actually it is not the case.  Its only in the 3rd and 6th floor.  Rest of the building (which I felt constructed for offices and shops) were almost vacant. Was bit scared initially when I was getting into the building at night( now getting scared varies from person to person and it's only my experience which I am sharing) . So I did not venture out for dinner further. Asked the hotel to bring it. 
Rooms are small and the bed was not fitting my size. (I am 5 ft 7 inches). 
Also there was no window in my room. 

Stayed for one night

Bathrooms were unhygienic and foul smell was there, breakfast was not at edible (taste wise). Good I was there only for my sleep otherwise it is not at all worth it.
Would rather suggest to spend extra and go for a hotel which atleast have basic qualities to be called a hotel 

Not at all Good

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Most dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. The pics online are misleading. If it was not midnight when we got there I would have left.

Never ever use thus place. It is disgusting. I took pictures of how dirty it is and will be placing it online.

terrible place to stay, no toiletries provided and they charges u extra premium amount for toiletries like soap and tooth brush, smelly bathroom, too many mosquito and smelly room.
Overall don't waste ur time and money for this place

Pathetic place

Dirty linen, bed sheet was not changed, pathetic breakfast, towels not provided, dirty room & washroom...

Don't waste money at this hotel as it's just really really bad. Entire corridor was filled with cigarette smoke

WORTHLESS & DISGUSTING

I was on official trip. Despite having booked 3 days in advance they offered me a room which hardly had any space (room size was approx. 7 ft. X 7 ft.) and for the same they charged me 3000/- bucks. The hotel located in an underconstruction building and it is scarry specially in night if you want to reach the hotel, which is in 3rd floor onwards. The only good thing was the receptionist Rohit. They do not have any restaurant and for breakfast they deliver the paranthas directly to the room from a nearby restaurant.
Will not suggest anyone to stay here as you will find many good properties at the same area and at the same price.
