Mr govind ji is very maticulas and having positive attitude ,please manners and very soft spokenA best hotel for stay with family.rooms cleaning ,food everything was best.staff was very cooperative,food was fantastic ,the best service and also best property ,my overall experience is excellent ,

Nice location 

Great location, near to all places of sightseeing. The hotel is designed like a rajasthani home. This is the best part as you feel the culture.  The staff is courteous and helpful. They do arrange  two wheelers on rent also. This is the best vehicle for sight seeing.

awesome location, clean rooms and good service

Last weekend visited to mount Abu we got the room(Darpan Room)which was so nice n colour that will give u nice traditional feeling 

Reception staff is eager to help u Room service excellent...

They have organised the vehicle to room around the city every one at the hotel is so kind n helpful

Excellent service n room 

Trevor's Tank is a beautiful area only 5 kilometers from the principle town of Mount Abu, and one of the most famous tourist places in Mount Abu and a nature darling's heaven, which is named after the British specialist who constructed it. Trevor, the British specialist who constructed it, was committed to building a wonderful spot for individuals to appreciate and watch nature. 

A visit to Trevor's Tank offers pleasant landscape and a large number of perspectives. In the event that you visit Trevor's tank, you ought to pack a cookout. It is a prominent excursion destination for voyagers and local people alike.

it has neat and clean rooms. there is a local market around. where you can shop things for daily needs. this hotel is also near by to main attractions in mount abu, very comfortable and large rooms. food is also good here

good hotel overall

I stayed in Samrat International for just 1 night (thank goodness). one of my neighboring families were given an extra mattress for their kid and oh my. It had bed bug crawling all over. 
Food quality was not so great. Ambiance is okay with Bollywood theme, however, food , not so great. Avoid if you're not a fan of Bed Bugs ;)

Average, not-so-good-quality hotel

One time these hotel was best hotel in mount abu for those who want to stay in market area. But these time very bad experience. 

We visit mount abu once in a year and from last 10 years we directly go to hotel samrat international but these time faced lots of issue. 

First of all the management has been changed and new receptionist is always ready to fight with customer.Hotel has done pest control so all rooms badly smell and if you are traveling with kids than you can’t stay in these hotel for a minute coz room are too smelly.

No doubt hotel location is awesome and food is also superb which makes a perfect stay but now hotel management, smelly rooms and all old furniture including bed which is old and having lots of small insects.

The other drawback is parking that every hour staff transfer you car from one place to another and in that my car also got stuck by staff which given loss of Rs.9500

In short hotel was best and it can be best again if old management join back the reception and rooms, furniture gets renovated.



Poor service

It was a year 2003 I visited this property, than make few frequent visits and was really happy with place and services those days.

Recently I have visited same place with family and another family of my friend and found things surprisingly changed to worst. This was a poor experience and I am sure if hotel management reading this than they will be surely take positive steps to improve things.

Something Good: With in main town with loads of foodie options around.

Something Bad: Not a disable friendly, No Lift, No Parking, Stinking rooms (116 & 117), poor room service. Bedsheet & Linen stinking, TV Remote broken & not working, extremely dirty washrooms.

I know it’s hard but Looking forward Samrat Management to improve these pity things.

Poor Experience 

Poor service poor beddings. The bedsheet and walls were all damp. I would not recommend this hotel. Charge was also high service was also not good. It is little far from main market. Look for hotel in market.
