Hotel room not clean telephone not working....gyser not working....hotel amount too High 3500 per room .... Hotel staff not responding our phon calls ....not good hotel......not for value for money... Book another hotel

Not good hotel

Worst Ever. Simply pathetic. No attention towards guests, garbage food, no room service, no hot water, lift not working and so many other cons. When requested anything, you have to call 4-5 times to get it delivered. Not at all recommended. Better look out for other options.

More than terrible

I had stayed with family 1 night , I book balcony attached room they give me different room and when I was enter with full of cigarettes smell , main thing is that bed sheet not changed and pillow , I had again requested for staff to change,that time they changed,travel packaged is worst they will tell 8am,never follow the time for trip in case if you book ticket ,you definitely loose .

Worst hotel in Manali

All the staff after 10:00 pm were highly drunk and high on Marijuana and other substance, they were ready to fight with guest when you even ask for bottle of water to provide in rooms. On the 31st eve they told us there will be party for New year celebrations and all of you are invited and DJ will be there for the party, but as usual after 10:30 all hotel staff came with highly drunk and high on Marijuana and started dancing. Around 40 staff they were that night, and started dancing and pushing female guest, the some of the guest including our friends groud made objection , they got angry why are you interveining   in this matter and they started beating us including some of other guests who made objection on misbehaving with female and male guests. They strated threatening to us that they will kill us and used lots of abusing languages, I can't quote those abusing languages at public.  We were 7 friends Checked in on 29th Dec 2019 and Checked out on 1st Jan 2020. Staff behavior was pathetic. 
  So I would request to all don't stay at Hotel Naveen because your life will be at risk.

Worst hotel/Staff ever seen

Dear all, 

We had made plans to celebrate 2020 new year Eve at Manali. Once we entered in hotel they start sending to provide us service like, fresh towels, they object us even in use of paper tissue with in the hote and threatened us, for being a visitor in Manali.  Most important on new year eve after 10 pm,when we r in a good mood and enjoying new year party in DJ with in hotel. The most pathetic scean was created. 

All hotel guset was leav the party as the whole hotel staff was drunked, and high with marijuana and other substance. We find all staff is like this only on all nights. 

One gust from Delhi request to DG to play Hindi songs instead of local himachali songs, and was beaten by the hotel staff on new year Eve for this. About 20-30 drunken guys from age of 15 to 40 all start beating to this gust.

As we are also single guys (Without Family) we interviend to stop the fight and same thing happen to us. We had reported to police also,but nothing is happend on it. Instead police called us around 12.30am and asked us to come to pollce station at Kullu for making olive report.

They have no administration,no person is there to stop this scean from hotel. All labour class from cleaner, waiter, receptionist all are threatening us to to be kicked off from hotel at night, or shoot buy gun.

Request to spread the same to all so that same can't be happened again.

Request not to go to this hotel

This was a random pick hotel on arrival by bus from Dharmsala, courtesy of the taxi driver. Of course if you don't like the look of the place they take you to, you don't have to stay, but you have also just been on a bus for 10 hours and and a bed and shower is kind of high priority! This is an okay choice for a reasonable rate. Room service is available and we found the food to be good and freshly prepared.  We had a lovely mountain view from our room. Just a short walk to the centre of Manali but far enough away to be quiet. They will service your room every day if you ask.

Good budget option

We visited Manali along Shimla and Manali was our First stop. We were worried about our stay in Manali. But when we stayed in the Hotel it was very nice and pleasant with a best and rooms were spacious
Regards to the Staff of the Hotel, right from Reception to last staff everyone gave his best services and make our Trip a Success

Nice and Close place to stay for Family

Hotel Naveen is located very close to the private bus stand and is well connected to mall road. It’s just a walk away from mall road. They have very nice rooms with all the modern facilities including room heater. They have several packages including food based on the duration of stay at Naveen.
They have vegetarian food and they serve it as a buffet for breakfast as well as for dinner.
They also provide cabs both personal and shared and have a defined travel plan to cover all the visiting places in Manali.
The staff is very friendly and are dedicated to their guests.
Overall it was an amazing experience staying at Naveen.

Superb experience

The room in a perfect location. My room was Hill view. The room size is very big and very clean. The hotel offer you two night package inclusive of local sight seeing, Rotang Pass and Kullu, Buffet Breakfast and Dinner (Veg.) The location of the hotel is hardly 5 minutes walking distance from Mall Road. Overall the location is very good.

Amazing Vacation at Manali

I have selected this hotel after checking its rating and review on trip advisior and this hotel meet my expecation level also. Hotel is just walking distance from mall road, its hardly take 5 min walk from mall road. Room was comes in budget only. Room was not so much spacious but neat and clean. View was best that you can snow fall from hotel window only. Service is also good, food were amazing.
