The rooms was good and spacious, with all basic amenities, food is good ,service is good, location is near to market, special thanks to Raj sharma for his service. Will surely recommend this hotel for family or business purpose, they should have drivers room also,that's the only problem,otherwise all good.

Best hotel in manali

I liked the hotel so much and I m extending my stay for another night. View from the balcony is beautiful and their hospitality is something which forced me to extend my stay. Best hospitality in Manali for me.

I had a good stay at the hotel. I had visited with my friends. The staff is really good and helpful. The location is very good as the hotel is merely at a walking distance from the Mall Road and the bus stand is also very close. The rooms are nice, there’s however a slight problem with respect to hot water, however that is a common problem for all the hotels in Manali. The food at the hotel was nice. The front desk staff was very helpful.

We stayed in Comfort Inn Manali for 2 nights. We had booked three   super deluxe rooms which were spacious and clean. We had requested for extra beds in each rooms. The location of the hotel is not good. There are a lot of hotels on the same road and the approach road is very congested. Comfort Inn hotel is next to a petrol pump. The rooms had a balcony but the view wasnt good.  Rooms and bathroom were clean. The room service was very slow. Some of the basic stuff like towels, water was missing and we had to ask for it. TV's in the rooms are useless. Breakfast was included however, breakfast was average. It is better to have meals outside. The manager was accommodating and responsive as we had to cancel one room. It is far from Manali mall road i.e. we cannot walk to Manali mall road as they had claimed and it is tough to get local transport i.e. auto or cabs. The road outside the hotel had a traffic jam all the time. Car parking is available. An average experience overall

Comfort Inn Snow park - Review

Hotel staff is friendly. Wifi connection was not working. Food is not delicious. Buffet area is not clean well. Bedroom was comfortable but bathroom was not in good condition . Overall nice place to stay. 

Average level hotel 

Should have been perfect.
We visited this place in the month of August  knowing that was off season. Hotel staffs were very kind enough to take care our some of the requests and delivered happily. The restaurant team was wonderful!! The room wasn't well maintained as we looked, up keeping and quality is below. We came across a situation that the belongings was kept in the room was not secure; somebody had tried to use that when we were out for sightseeing. 

The location is nice as the property situated nearby the city , its comfortable to move around. Hotel view is not good at all . 
They have one restaurant that serves all meals.

Should have been perfect

I visited this property in May’18 expecting a pleasant stay for 3 nights. 

I must say the hotel in terms of infrastructure is quite good and it does provide you big rooms(I stayed in super deluxe), but the services like hot water problems, cleanliness of room, no heater included in the price (will provide for extra charges), no tea/coffee kit in the room etc. are a must for a 3 star hotel and are poor in here.

Restaurant is available and makes an excellent veg. maggi, rest everything else is just not at par.

Choose this hotel if you just want to stay here for night time (when you are exhausted after your daily sightseeing activities & forget about services to enjoy a good night sleep)

Can’t say the stay was good!! ;)

I booked this room based upon its location and its access to wi-fi. The entire time we were there we had no wi-fi. Location was a little out of the way though not too bad if you could get a tuk tuk. Tuk Tuks are readily available near the mall area but not around the area which the hotel was located in. Service was not all that good either as we got charged for a food item we never recieved. And as we checked out one of the workers asked for 10 rupees for no service that was performed.

Not what I expected

Staff is very bad and they don't have sense to talk to visitors, in off season they have only one anwser for anything you ask that it is off season so won't be able to provide that. Even bath tubs stopper you can't expect from them. Worst hotel i would say is this. Don't go there.
