Room was dirty. Most of the facilities, in the room were broken. Staff were incompetent. And room was overpriced for what it was. Save your money and stay somewhere else!... I rarely give bad reviews but this place deserves it.

Need id for visitor too. Need to mention first

I was booked room in Hotel Imperial Executive. The all staff are unprofessional. They dont know how will give respect to customer.
Dont book anyone this hotel. When i was booked this hotel that time i have already discuss with manager morning 10 am i will do check out bute morning 6 am he is saying please check out the hotel other wise pay 2800 ruppees. This is not acceptable i have already discuss and manager also agree that condition. He is misbehave me this hotel is not good all staff unprofessional. Dont book any one this hotel.

All staff are unprofessional they dont know how will give respect to customer.

I came hotel at 12 noon and requested for room check inn and they says, we will provide the room after 02:00 pm as hotel policy and after this terrible word, i come out from hotel with luggage. Spend 02 hours 30 minutes in the road area. After this i check inn the room. Bad experience with this hotel.

Bad hotel for stay

Stayed there for two nights. Good mid priced hotel located centrally. Rooms are good in set-up and size.

I rated them 3 out of 5 because of the poor services. And given 3 star for location and structure only.
Requested for Hair Dryer and they took hours to deliver on both the days.
The staff at restaurant are "Khattam". They are not even able to take order properly. I requested for cold milk during breakfast and they provided Hot even after repeated request. They are treating guest like "Yanha toh aisa he hota hai".

Need improvement in services

Stayed there as Sarovar portico stopped operating their hotel. Hotel is located centrally and can be accessed easily. the lobby is big and nice and the reception is attentive and cordial.
Rooms are average and the amenities are also average. On those aspects they have a lot to achieve to meet satisfaction of the people.
Bar is good and they offer good discounts as well.
Most important thing is the food. The catering services of this hotel is done by a famous chef and he knows the job really well.
Finger licking delicious food whether it is breakfast lunch or dinner.
Multiple options to choose and served really well by trained staff.
Overall, average property but they are trying hard to reach the next level.
Can be tried.

Nice budget hotel

I stayed here for 1 just one night . Bus stand is around 20 minutes walking distance from hotel. room was neat ,clean. Breakfast was good There is Bikanerwala restaurant nearby where you can have food.

good hotel for business stay

Location and front is Only thing good about Hotel.
Stay was in Room No 416. Spacious room but entire room was stinking and smoking smell was in room. In morning I waited for 25 min for Hot water. It took 25 min after tab released water for 25 min and then Hot water was available to consume.  wastage of water for 25 min. 

Bad experience and Last Visit

Stayed as my preferred Hotel was not Available 

I visited this hotel and was surprised to see the staff behaviour , starts with car parking , to delayed service for food took 1.5 hrs for dinner service , also food was smelly and rotten, linen were stained , reception staff was very rude and also cable FW network was pathetic no resolution provided .very bad service don't prefer this hotel

Worst service experience ..poor food quality and staff behaviour was bad

Every thing was wonderful but the quality and speed of the internet was very slow
