Booked this place for a One Night Stay. Checked in at 2pm to see that the AC remote wasn't working, the TV Set up box wasn't recharged. Informed this to the reception to wait for 2.5 hours for a resolution to the AC remote only. The room adjacent to us enjoyed full television and recharge was also there. But the floor manager lied to us that there was a Problem with Tata Sky in the entire building which is ethically wrong on Aquatica's part leading to Unfair Trade Practice & Deficiency of services. In the next morning, they also cut the landlines connection of our room due to which we couldn't contact the reception which was 700m away from the building our room was situated. The floor manager with whom we talked to raise our complain was also very rude and adamant. Our 3 hours was wasted and we couldn't enjoy water rides because the time was over. Such a horrible experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

You leave your hotel waiting to be amazed by a family friendly resort but you are disappointed by the quality and service at the the park. When you arrive you think you are in the middle of nowhere because there isn’t any sign indicating where the park is. The prices are sky high. You have to rent a locker which not regularly cleaned and have a bad smell. The food is moderately good but don’t expect to much. The rides are not for children. There is not much option of rides for kids. There is a dirty wave pool with broken tiles which have now cut my foot. There is only 1 exiting ride and you have to rent a ring for the lazy river which does nothing. The rides are sometimes open and sometimes closed so you can’t  always get on a ride. In conclusion aqatica i a cheap and un-family friendly resort

We enjoyed the water park with my daughter but the rooms are very filthy and bathroom was too much bad smelling with lots of mosquitoes after several calls to the reception they send the hk boy with the bat and they given us and said you can do yourself whenever its required so unprofessional. Morning breakfast is very limited food with out option of any we just had cut fruits and poori that's all. I think such a beautiful place management needs to improve the service standards levels

WATER PARK IS GOOD BUT POOR STAY IN ROOMS

Good venue, but horrible services.
I had booked the venue for my wedding on 13th March, 2023 after visiting the venue several times and discussing with the manager, Deep.
They served breakfast almost 3 hours late, almost by noon, all guests were wwaiting.also, breakfast was too less in quantity, people kept on waiting before gettung served the next round.

Also, since there is no restrictions on people visiting the resort even when the venues are booked for weddings, a lot of people came and clicked photos with our wedding props, sat with their wet bodies on pur props, there is absolutely no proper attention to prevent these issues. Despite delay at their end, somehow, the manager had the audacity to come tell us that we have to finish Haldi by noon
Lunch was okayish.
Again, tea and dinner weren't served until we were after their lives, it started at around 8.30 pm, something that should have started by 5 to 6 pm.And as usual, food got over before all guests were served. 

Despite all these nonsense, the manager tells us that 10 extra people (the decorators) had dinner after all the guests had left, so we had to pay for those, even though the head count we gave to the manager earlier was 100 and exactly 90 people had attended.
Given there was no food left after serving 90 people, how did they serve 110 people, when most people complained that food wasnt sufficient?

The rooms were horrible during handover, stinking and dirty bathrooms, unwashed and dirty bedsheet, pillow covers, and blankets.
Despite asking several times, the staff was too stubborn to clean.
And dont even get me started on mosquitoes. Also, there were no mosquito repellants in most of the rooms. 

When we checked out, they had the audacity to say that there was an important police convention on the same day, so they had to pay more attention there
On top of that, they made us forcibly give good video feedback about their services.
Dont ever go for their services. You can book the venue, but dont go for their catering and room services

Wedding at Aquatica, Kolkata

It was a great experience for my family and myself.We decided to stay at Aquatica for a day.There was a marriage going on at the place and was beautifully decorated.I love the scenic beauty of the place and the warmth in the service.
I was surprise when the GM of the property ,Gourav offered me assistance in carrying my luggage in absence of the bell boy.
This is hospitality!

Best Resort of Kolkata

Aquatica is a water theme park and resort in Kolkata having many exciting themed rides, slides, entertainment and recreational activities for all their guests.They provide lockers for the visitors to keep their belongings securely.

YES! a resort amidst a water park..it's well maintained with very good service..the interior of the resort is very exotic with a 🦁 in ever door and furnitures,ginamous clocks and vintage,glass enclosured bathroom, king-size beds with clean sheets and towels, a balcony with a pool view..ah such an enjoyable stay with prompt room service ,and the menu had Indian and Chinese cuisines with drinks menu and also food stalls were around as well as a restaurant and to add it up breakfast was complimentary although not a buffet we were served what we ordered..children or grown ups old or young this is one place with a lot of fun and activities..and during our stay there was some fashion show happening and we enjoyed all the more.

A resort amidst a water park

Everything about this resort is amazing. The view from the room was amazing especially during the sunset. The room service was also great, they respect your privacy. Food was good but a bit expensive. 
One thing to keep in mind is that you need to pay for the water park in addition to the resort as well. Make sure to check your booking details it will be mentioned there. They charge 400 per head for the water park if you check in before 6 pm. 
Overall the stay was great, highly recommended for couples.

I was very happy with service and room condition, except food. food wss not good apart from food evrythng was great. i will definitely recommend my frnds and family to visit aquatic resort... it was a nice experience overall except food.

Good roomservice and clean rooms.
I liked the comfort of the room because it was newly renovated with fresh toilet and running water (although the water pressure could be better).  There was a heat pump in the room so we could ajdust the temperature in the room. 
The water park was perfect for the children. It had waterslides and waves in one pool. The facility was large so that the children could run freely.
Things that brings down the rating:
The restaurant had good food but somtimes the waitors were a bit unorganised and didn't bring us what we had ordered. Some days we had to wait a long time for the food.
There should be 1 key per person in each room. I always had to look for my roommate before I could enter the room if we went for different activities.
