We couldn't book into our pre-booked hotel, because we weren't Indian Nationals and it was getting dark so we tried the Hotel Tourist Krishna Inn.  It was close to the other hotel and only 5 minutes walk to the station.  The staff at reception weren't all that friendly and took some time to decide to give us a room.  We got room 103.  The room faced onto the main street and the traffic noise was a problem, especially in the mornings.  The twin room was IRs1900 per night including taxes and Indian breakfast.  The room was small with a fan and small TV.  The air conditioning worked but wasn't very effective (just as well it was cool weather).  The beds were soft.  The bathroom was small, clean but there was no hot water.  This place would be OK for one night if you needed a cheap hotel close to the main railway station.  There are lots of restaurants around the station if you like eating with the "locals".

I had booked for a AC double room with Check in at 0600hrs and check out at 1800hrs on the same day  well in advance (two months earlier) telephonically
Sent the demanded money through NEFT 
Sought a confirmation
Confirmation  SMS was received from hotel
Telephonic Confirmation was again made by me one day prior to our visit 
But we reached the hotel we were in for a surprise
We were  told room is not available
On debating with the proof of money transferred and their Confirmation SMS  we were told that the check in in only at 1200hrs
After a long battle they said they can manage a single room
Because of our desperate need of the requirement to complete the morning natural calls, bath etc., we agreed and got a stupid room
Hardly we stayed for 1 hr , used the rest room, took bath and vacated 
Moral of the story:  foe early check in Book places with 24 hrs check out; get a written confirmation
Avoid  telephonic  confirmations



Experience

Only if I had an option of a negative rating. The rooms are downright filthy, staff behavior is rude. I checked out of the hotel within 15 minutes of arrival. Since I had prepaid I am following up with the service provider to refund my money. 
It is a shady place and not at all a family place. Avoid it at all costs. The bathroom door was torn down,  the towel rack was ripped out and kept on the wardrobe,  the air conditioning was not at all good. 

Absolute worthless. Avoid it at all costs. 

Booked this hotel from OYO . Very disappointed as this hotel do not have restaurant. Room service like tea n water they provide by procuring from nearby restaurant. Main drawback is this hotel is located on very busy main road and all trucks and vehicle make very loud sound at night , I was unable to sleep all night due to this. Rooms were small and not much clean , bathroom was also very badly designed . I won't recommend this hotel at all.

Rooms are congested, staff is worst at service .Reception person will beg for 5start ratings,if u wont give 5star they take ur phone and do it themselves saying we will get an OTP from management and probe us to give a rating n they even take pictures of public who are willing to check-in
