Super Location and Best Services.

If you wish to stay a night away from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded railway station area ,this place is good. Rooms are okay . The service though is not upto the mark . They take a lot of reminders to get the job done . Otherwise it's a good stay

Average 

The hotel is situated at good place and offers basic amenities at budget price. The food is just average and not worth the price charged and the portion served is sufficient for only one person. The parking accommodates only 2 cars and you may have to look for some other place to park. Rooms were small.

Budget Hotel

We booked 5 rooms at this hotel. The check inn was smooth. However, there is a parking issue. There is space for only 2-3 cars. Food was not up to the mark and pricey. Rooms were not clean.For good food, you need to visit Gulab food joint which is approx. 1km from hotel.

Average Hotel

I booked the Hotel  through OYO ,On phone Front office says ;-You have to pay more money. Or you can cancel the booking. Your (my) booking is in the hotel, But extra money is to be paid at the counter, this is less money booking. I will not let you enter.

3 rd class staff behavior on the phone  !!

I was leading a group of 27 persons . we had checked in Hotel City Park, Haridwar on 14-10-2016 and checked out on 16-10-2016 early morning. we had a very bad experience in this hotel during our stay. The staff including manager (particularly from Jamshedpur) were so arrogant that they had not responded to our requests even if for providing safe drinking water .They were not responding to our requests. very arrogantly to talking to us. This hotel is not fit to be place for average Indians. There was no service at all.
