Stayed several nights ar this hotel.  It was very clean and had lots of hot water.  The electricity would go out occasionally, but a back-up generator would come on.  There was a secure place to park and the staff was very helpful and friendly.  There was breakfast each morning but besides bread, butter, jelly & watermelon, it was local fare, and the menu was whatever the cook wanted to serve.😜 The hotel was a short walk to several restaurants and about 3 blocks from Medical Trust Hospital at the Pallimukku Jct (MG Rd & Church Landing Rd).  It is a nice walk to Subhash Bose Park on Marine Dr, and a block from St. George’s Catholic Church.  The bridge to Willingdon Island and Kochi proper was just a few blocks.  The only drawback for me was that it was a 20 min walk, or so, to the Metro.  Otherwise, was a very nice place to stay.

Budget Hotel near Pallimukku Jct/Marine Dr

I stayed at Ajantha two nights after a 30 hour flight.  The room was peaceful and quiet.  It was very clean and had very helpful staff.  The location is great, close to all things Ernakulam.  A very good value.

H. Breakfast : only one dish and tea/ coffee due to poor allocation of funds by Oyo.

Wall outside toilet was shabby and needs a coat of paint. 



Tourist

One of the best place for overnight stay at kochi.good spacious rooms and clean bathroom.decent breakfast.good staff.
Things to note..
1. Restaurant was on renovations so no room service.(good hotels around 50 m )
Or order through Zomato.
 
2. Mattress was spring.comfort for your back but one who prefer bouncy foam mattress,then not a good option.

One of the best budget hotel

it is a cheap dirty lodge not a regency , beds had visible black bugs. A/c was ok . tv was there but no channels breakfast was complimentary ( vegetarian) like idiyappam and green peas curry  with coffee or tea. but it was cheap. thought i was getting a bargain , dont go for pictures , you get what u pay for. the surrounding area is a 3 grade slum.  but the staff was Brilliant and best.
