Sriji Residency

I frequently visit this hotel during my business travel to Chennai. And I prefer to stay here for two reasons. One & primary is that it is near to my workplace in Chennai & other is I get awesome variety of food around this hotel (Including the restaurant on the top floor, which is not owned by the hotel owner) at a walking distance... Rooms are quite tidy & service is prompt.

Good Hotel with Awesome Budgeted Rates

A very reasonable hotel in economy class. Major problem is no non veg restaurant close by and need to end up travelling a distance to have dinner.
Stay was average. Had to call reception for change of bedsheets as they were not cleaned properly with some stains. Stuff was kept outside room in alleyway.

Last week we have been here fit two days in for our business trip the hotel is ok for ambience and comfort but overall it's a budget hotel which is centrally located... The restaurant in the top floor it is to good the did quality and service is superb.. Suppose if you be there for couple of nights for your business it can be the proper place to stay in....

Centrally located hotel

A hotel which does not impress you at first sight,Appears clumsy at the entrance but the rooms are   neat & clean linen was ok. Near Chennai Central railway stn. Good for business travelers.
Requires to increase the hospitality level.I stayed for a night only.Tea was good.

Hotel one can stay in

I am a frequent business traveller and had the great misfortune of staying here on Nov 28. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the following reasons:
1.	Unclean bathrooms and cockroaches in the room – shocking hygiene.
2.	Bad food in the restaurant which can only be approached by stepping out of the hotel onto the road
3.	Worst of all, road facing rooms have unacceptable noise levels, making sleep impossible for the weary guest
4.	Badly trained & unclean staff who don’t know how to knock on doors – simply barge into guest rooms
Avoid this hotel if you can.
