This is a kind of gift and attractive place for tourist as well as people of Gaya.
Here you can find various types of room like igloo,bamboo,underground,pyramids and many more.It is situated on the river bank of niranjana.

Best resort of gaya

I and my family were at Niranjana Resort for 3 days, from 15th march 2014, which is about 12 km from Gaya Station. On Gaya - Bodhgaya highway beside dry Niranjana river [you can get clear sunrise view], 1.5 km from Mahabodhi Temple, far from city buzz. There are about 20 cottages, with bamboo carpet finish, facilities were basic i.e a.c , t.v with tata sky connection. No internet, bathroom small, room was also small, a double bed, a cot and center table almost covered the entire floor, lots of garden space for children to play, food was good, boys were cooperative, manager 'Guddu' was friendly, a meditation room is under construction. Charge per room rs. 2200 plus tax [rs. 500 for extra bed].

I booked this accommodation on the Cleartrip website which uses Tripadvisor reviews.

This was a terrible experience. I arrived at about 1am and had called earlier in the week to let the accommodation know and ask someone to please be available for check in. When I arrived, the gates were locked and I stood at the gate with the rickshaw driver for 10 minutes shouting and beeping the horn before calling to wake the staff up.

Next thing was that the maps on Cleartrip and Tripadvisor make out that this accommodation is next to the Bodhi Tree. THIS IS NOT TRUE! (Maybe they've confused the map for this venue with Niranjana Hotel?). Niranjana Resort is about 3km from town, making it too far to have the flexibility to come and go as you like if you do not have a car. The location of this venue is not what I thought I was paying for when I made this booking.

When I approached the owner about this in the morning, I had to argue my point for an hour before he would concede that they had provided me with incorrect information and take me into town for free. I'd booked this accommodation for 4 nights, and started to think of having this conversation every time I wanted to go to town, and ended up leaving for a guest house within walking distance of the Mahabodhi Temple. 

Beware! The cabins themselves seem like good value, and for Rs500 a night, you have aircon, television and Wi-Fi, but during the 10 hours I was at this venue I had problems with each of these. The included breakfast was also VERY poor. Aside from this, the grounds around the cabins are not particularly nice - parched bit of land. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, DO NOT STAY AT THIS VENUE! The word 'resort' is a stretch of the imagination.

After various emails with Cleartrip explaining I was not happy and that my booking was based on incorrect information that they had provided, I was not refunded any money. As I have written in other reviews, I have ceased to use the accommodation-booking function on the Cleartrip website.

Incorrect location information on website

I  again visited this resort during my official visit stayed for two days found lively as usual. staff was very friendly and helpful make my trip wonderful. I conducted a official conference, all arrangement made by resort management was also wonderful at very reasonable rate. Thanks to all staff of Niranjana Resort.

excellent invironmet around you

It was realy nice experience from pickup from station to drop. All staff and Owner Mr. Shekhar Raj were very wellbehave  and helpfull. Nice and natural surounding all around makes me happier.Room wsa clean and food is also up to mark. Nice property in a place like bodh gaya. I am recomending it for every body who want to stay at very much low price which will suit to your pocket.
