i am very happy share my experience and satisisfaction of custmer care and commitment .i had book the hotel for my friend in way backin april 20 . we could not avail due to lockdown as we stay in mumbai ,i requested for refund , but instead hotel reservation amd manger sameer was kind enough to extend the facility in the year 2021 april .i was very nice that they honour their commitment and allowed us to use our booking after a period of one year .i really appriciate the concern and gesture .i would like to thank mr sameer and his team .no doubt it has created the bond and goodwill. g
