Cheaters,fraud, no service, dirty room, no parking, no gueser, low quality room,
None kind of facility provided by guest house , they cheat for money .local room low grade no service no security, 3rd class

Very bad room

Stayed there out of ignorance and inexperience (our stay was from 29/12/2019 to 02/01/2020). The rooms we booked online came out to be dirty and stinky (we had booked 3 rooms in advance). Another set of 2 new rooms (allegedly recently built) were provided which seemed better (at least aesthetic wise). They were unable to provide us the third room here, so we agreed upon continuing with 2 rooms and they assured us for a refund (for the third room) by the evening (of the day of check-in). 

At the time of check-in (we arrived late) rooms were not ready & we had to wait nearly for an hour (after a long train journey of 16 hours). There was no reception. Room service was pathetic (next to zero), we used to call them around 10 to 20 times in a day to get our rooms cleaned (by the way in our 5 day stay our rooms were cleaned only once & they don't have a dedicated cleaning staff too).
 
No parking (let alone free parking) service is there so you have to take a long journey on foot every time. Basic amenities like geyser, refrigerator was absent, even bathroom shower was not working.

We had to call the manager at 03:00 AM on two different days as water supply shrank to zero. Electrical sockets were damaged. Toiletries (Specially Toilet paper) and Towels were unavailable. Room lighting was insufficient. There was nothing for the luggage storage. We had to manage with the same bed-sheets and pillow covers for our entire stay. 

Property manager was dumb, annoying and heavily uncooperative. Even after the assurance (from the owner himself) we didn't get even a single rupee in the name of refund for the third room (which was not provided contrary to our online booking). Their functioning borders on criminal behavior i.e. supposedly renting a room that is already booked by someone else.

If I sum up I can say it was an overpriced room (3 rooms) that would be worth less than half by general Indian standards. I would rather live on the beach side than stay in this gutter again. I strictly do not recommend anyone to book this GUEST HOUSE.

I can't believe this place is still in business, it should be shutdown. I can't believe that Go... (and many more websites) do business with them. For this experience alone I will never use Go.... again.

P.S. - Cellular Network is also trifling here.

Waste of time and money.

Good, clean, calm, you can see mad hear the sea, it's just 10-20 meters from your balcony. You can feel evening refreshing breeze. It's not bungalo, but normal stone house. Be aware, it's not hotel, but guest house, so don't expect fresh towels every day and so on. 5 stars by goa budget guest house.
