Before arriving they made sure to text me for my arrival time such that once I arrived they knew exactly who I was, saving time in the check in process. The staff really went above and beyond, Rohit in particular really made my Agra trip and even my overall 10 day trip around India extra special. Many thanks for the glimpse into local Indian life, it is something I will never forget. Thank you Rohit! While staying in the hotel I was given a complimentary room upgrade. My room was exceptional. Super clean from top to bottom and the bed sheets were the cleanest and newest I’ve had in India. Additionally the bed and pillows were all memory foam and I had the best nights sleep. The air conditioning was perfect and outside noise was minimal. The location was very close to Taj Mahal and really just past the place where all the local taxis and autos gather to pick up tourists. Oh yeah, also the hotel has a rooftop pool which I didn’t get to use. Though I did visit at night time and you could see the Taj Mahal in the distance. 10/10 highly recommend, I would’ve happily paid double. Many thanks Rohit, many thanks Hotel Bhoomivilas
