Great location in Akureyri. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the harbor. On Wednesday nights in the summer there is a classic car show within a couple of blocks. Spacious apartment. Modern decor. Love the convenience of having the washer and dryer in the unit. Only drawback was having to walk up to the 4th floor

We have spent just one night at Acco Luxury Apartments.
It's located in the city center of Akureyri in a very nice area. A few steps away from the main church and the Botanical Garden and all the nice cafe' of the city.
Nothing to say about the flat which is absolutely gorgeous, huge, trendy and provided of everything you might need.
Huge and comfortable bedrooms, wonderful bathroom: simply perfect!

The appartement ( first floor appt 402 À) was so big for 4 persons. Everything was new and clean, Washing machine and dryer. Nice kitchen. Comfortable beds. On addition the location, in the Town center, was perfect close to bars restaurants and shops.

First I booked the wrong date but the women who I talked to was so nice and change the date for me with out any cost for my, that is so nice and I was very greatful for this. This is not a hotel or a guesthouse, you will get info with all you need. The a apartment was big and very clean. Evrything you need is there. There is no lift and this is downtown in Akureyri and there lot of bars in the same erea so there will by noise in the weekends.

Lovely spacious penthouse apartment. 2 bedrooms. Perfect location for our trip. Nearby to everything! Well equipped, warm, cosy! A little noisy from the centre at the weekend but to be expected. Parking available at the big car park across the road. Free from 4pm till 10am Mon to Fri. Use clock card and obey the time limit.

We explored the diamond circle from here. There is a toll tunnel (1500kr per crossing) charged by number plate. Register hire cars on official site (veggjald dot is) otherwise car hire company will likely charge double.

We stayed at the luxury apartment (entrance B). There was no lift and we had to carry our luggage to the 4th floor. The apartment comes with lovely decor and things are new and clean. There are no amenities in the bathroom though. 

We stayed on a Saturday night and the noise went on till 3am. 

Nice guesthouse in the city center. The check in is completely self made but the directions I received on the email were perfect. The room with private bathroom was very clean; small but ok for one night and for the price.

No lift, noisy, but lovely apartment 

Guesthouse in the city center 

We only stayed for one night, it was fine clean room and nice beds mostly just fine,  but as a woman I would not have been able to stay any longer since there was no mirror anywhere exept in the shared bathroom in the hall so I had to lock myself in there to get ready in the morning, hair, makeup.. and nowhere in the hotel could I find a mirror and an electric outlet in the same room for my hair appliances.. so all that was really frustrating..

Noisy people! Also dirty worn down dishes. Fingerprints and food all over the kitchen appliances. Worst bed I slept on during my entire 15 day trip. So hard and noisy... there is a bar right below and it kept us up all night. I’m not a picky person and I’ve stayed in many guest houses/ hostels during my trip but I didn’t feel safe there. There was a very weird guy in room 45 that seemed to live there... very strange and made me feel very uneasy he stared a lot and walked around with no shirt and a towel. The kitchen is on the 4th floor and it’s the only kitchen for all the floors therefore it can get crowded..... save your money. Stay elsewhere 

Gross 

By all means:avoid. Loud music kept me awake half of the night and the owners refused to do anything about it. Most probably because the knew. Therefore heavily overpriced and no value for money no matter how nice the apartment looks from the photos. It will ruim your night sleep. Terrible!
