We came to this hotel along with our friends (two couples altogether) for a longer weekend and we were just satisfied. This hotel is much smaller than the neighboring Park Inn, but offers nice comfort. Direct access to the superior thermal spa, as well as good physiotherapy and wellness area. The rooms were just fine, spacey, with king-size beds and comfortable mattresses. And staff, from the front desk through the room keeping, all were just friendly and helpful. Until now the best behavior I experienced. The only minor drawback - sliding sash net against flees and mosquitos did not work. Luckily it was not their season yet.

Excellent accomodation with direct access to thermal spa

VitalMed is a tiny hotel with the perfect services and a very kindly staff,with the direct entry to the spa,what is very comfortable.In the rooms are big,very comfortable beds.There is a lot of thermal pools,and a nice place around...

My room was beautiful and clean. A really good size. They provide towels for the pool/spa area and the bathroom separately. I had a robe to wear down to the thermal baths and the access was close and very easy. Staff were friendly. Had chat each day with the staff on the front desk and the lady cleaning the rooms. Both were happy to answer questions and assist in any way.

Fabulous Few Days

Stayed 7 nights at Vitalmed spa hotel. The hotel was good, a room to sleep in was all that was required. There are loads of great restaurants around. 
The pools are really nice loads for the kids to do. 
Breakfast was good too, just don’t get there too late as most was always gone. 
Staff very friendly and helpful and cleaning staff very nice too.  

Great holiday 

We spent in hotel VitalMed three nights for price of two, great offer, including breakfast. Unlimited entrance to the spa, which you enter directly from the hotel, perfect if you traveling with kids and they can taka a nap after lunch and then come back for the rest of the day. Generous breakfast. Pitty they dont have a restaurant for lunch and diner. 
We didnt like the food in the spa restaurant. So we went out for food. Room was clean, personal friendly. Would definitely recomend. 
One comment to the thermals: The only thing that needs some improvement, or update is the payment with cash in the spa restaurants and bars. I have visited spa where you "pay" with the entrance bracelet and then you pay your final bill upon departure.

Nice hotel, friendly personal, rich breakfast, reasonable price.

We chose this hotel to extend our stay from Park Inn which is directly next to this property and it made the transfer very easy. We ended up liking this property even more, as it is closer to the spa, has everything you need and the price point met our needs. Staff is very nice, and on the day of check out, they give you a locker where you can keep your valuables, change of clothes, shower and change before you head out. No need to rush out.. such a bonus. Our room had a balcony and it was very quiet.

One night only...

My boyfriend and I greatly enjoyed this hotel which is connected directly to the thermal baths. The receptionist was very helpful and attentive. 
Food at dinner was also tasty. There was a surprising selection of cheeses which were perfect beside some white wine. The only downside was the unprofessional service of the waiters who wanted us to pay for our first round of drinks right in the middle of our meal, not even asking if we wanted to drink anything else later. 
A great and memorable trip otherwise!
