Sirios studios is situated close to the center of the city of Skiathos, in the perifery actually of the center and about max 10 min. walk from the main pedestrian street that leads to the harbour. This is the only advantage of the studios. 
Otherwise the studios are placed on the high elevated 1st floor of a coal or some kind of workshop business. Because of that It is quite dirty outside. The is no elevator and we had to go up many steep stairs with heavy luggage. 
The room was not clean and the kitchen was filthy and stinky. The same for the bathroom. There are old basic wooden furnitures in the room that lack any kind of taste (& design). 
Opposite  the studios is a super market with noisy air-condition machines and a lot of noise in the morning when trucks come to leave their loads. The room was supposed to have sea view, but from the balcony you can only see a thin blue line tha is the sea. The balcony had dirty plastic chairs and table where you could not sit when the sun was shinning on that side (no tents).
There is no permanent staff in the studios. The guy that owns it came the first day to leave the keys and the last day to take the money. He has another computer job. He gives his mobile phone to call him if there is a problem. 
I paid for 6 nights 420 € - quite expensive for the quality of the room.
