Beautiful apartment in a terrific location.....everything you think you might need is available .... so well thought out ! Spacious accommodation,pristine,& so well appointed, lovely, friendly hosts we will definitely visit again 

Fabulous apartment 

Fantastic appartement with great view on Sitia and the bay. The appartement is fully equipped, spacious and very clean. The hosts are very welcoming. The bed is very comfortabel and the shower is the only one in Crete that does not leak all over the badroom floor. See you next year!

Fantastic appartement with great view on Sitia and the bay. 

This is a new and modern property close to Petra’s Beach and a mile away from the harbour in Siteia. It is walkable and takes about twenty minutes. The staff are delightful and helpful friendly people. We stayed in a deluxe studio. Good powerful shower, comfortable bed. Complimentary Raki provided. My only slightly negative comments would be regarding the parking which can be hard to come by and ratherba tight squeeze, I would also advise that a new washing up sponge and cloth should be provided rather than the ones used by previous occupants - we bought some from a local mini market. Also a face cloth for use as a tea towel is not ideal. However, this is a great and reasonably priced place to stay. Nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Short but lovely stay

Simon studios and apartments is a great location to visit nearby attractions. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach restaurants of Sitia and about a 30 minute drive to Vai beach. We rented an executive apartment which came equipped with all the kitchen items you need to make meals. The unit even had a clothes washer!  There is a beautiful view of Sitia Bay from the balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the setting sun.  The entire building and unit are kept spotless and clean. The owners Ellie and her husband, whose name I won't attempt to spell, were very welcoming and friendly. And the lady, whose name I also can't, spell, who did the cleaning was equally warm and friendly. We would definitely choose the Simon Studios and Apartments again. 

Sitia 3 day stop

As part of our 5-week stay in Greece, we stayed in one of Simon's executive  apartments. We felt like residents of Sitia. The apartment was modern, super clean and had all the amenities we are used to in Canada, including very comfy beds. We had a large balcony with a great view where we enjoyed our daily breakfast. We were also able to walk to the beach and local restaurants. Overall, a great experience.

Our favorite accommodation in Greece

This is the property which should be example for the rest of the world hoteliers. 
Message to them (hoteliers): Book few days at Simon Studios Sitia hotel and learn from the best.

We recently stayed here at last minute notice, and I must say we were not disappointed. The room was amazing, it had everything we needed and more. The room was immaculate inside and out with fantastic views out to sea. 
The staff were 1st class, always helpful. If we ever visit sitia again this would be our choice.

Perfect

The interior design was modern. The views were magnificent.  However, the accessibility was horrible, more than 40 steep outside stairs to reach the top floor. You are on your own to lug your belongings. At night they were not lit, so bring a flashlight. The so called free parking was a small space on a steep uphill curve. Not sufficient  for all the guests, so you would park on the main road about 400 meters away if you arrived late at night. We tried to discuss our concerns with the owner, but he simply laughed us away. After three nights,        ( we had paid up front for 8 nights), we decided to leave. The daily stress of parking , and dark stair case, was not worth ruining our vacation. Again, the owner just laughed us off. He told us,  * you lost buddy, I already got my  money*.  I contacted Expedia regarding our options, however, no response to date. I guess, too bad , so sad for us.

Nice views, terrible accessibility

It is not that often that I can review such a rating but this hotel was PERFECT! 
Clean, super nice employees, all commodities, amazing sea view. I think that the pictures say everything. Modern and nice, quiet, free parking. Thank you Simon Studios!
