A very pleasant and comfortable stay. The apartments are located only about 100m from Kalamitsi beach. The hosts, Dimitrios and Danijela, were very kind, helpful and welcoming. The apartment assigned to us has a sea view, a big terrace, very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and air-conditioning. The hosts paid attention to small details such as the detergent for dish-washing (sponge as well), kitchen towels, a lot of high-quality towels. 
Kalamitsi is a perfect place to stay with small children. We loved everything about it and the apartment.
Highly recommended.

A beautiful stay

We enjoyed our stay in this bright, cheery place. The decor was delightful and the room well-equipped for preparing simple meals, including 2 burner hob, pans, crockery and cutlery, washing up liquid, new sponge, tea towel. The owner left us a jar of honey, which was delicious. The balcony was spacious and cool and had a place  for our washing. The place was excellent. I would recommend staying here. Nothing to fault. Be aware that the water is not in any way drinkable.

Lovely place, well equipped.

The place is wonderful, quiet, the right place for holidays to relax. The beach is one minute walking, no need to move the car. You have everything here. It is our second time here with the baby, and we will come here again. We recommend

Family vacations

Clean and nice rooms with plenty room inside, secure parking , close to the beach - one minute walking distance , nice place to relax and chill , free wifi everywhere , a/c included , friendly and cool owner

Holidays

Kalamitsi Studio is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday. The villa has a beautifully landscaped courtyard. Dimitrios(host) is very ok and kind. He drove after us to the bus station to take us to the villa. We are extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and the accommodation conditions.
I had an equipped kitchen and I was able to cook what was very ok. The room had air conditioning which was a real comfort

The most pleasent vacation... Mr. Dimitrios is a great guy, his estate is one of the most beautiful on Sithonia. Studios are clean, nice, tastefully decorated for relaxing. Garden is like paradise, parking is a usefull benefit. I was trying hard to find some flaw, but I just couldn`t.... Thank you Dimitrios for a lovely vacation, I hope to see You again soon...

Relaxing vacation

It was a nice relaxed stay, I've visited on August and I was really suprised. The garden between the building is great and huge. The rooms were very clean, big and cool, because of the trees around them, there was no need for aircondition.

Great studios

We stayed at Kalamitsi studios for 10 days this June/July, the property is big, full of greenery, parking lots are in shades, wi-fi is mostly slow and unusable, rooms are as described in prospect, but in our opinion with really small kitchens. All in all we are satisfied with the place we stayed at in terms of amenities, but the biggest impression (and not in a good way at all!) is Dimitri's (the landloard) attitude towards guests, especially kids! He was always grumpy, we haven't seen him smiling during our whole stay, he would pass us by with hardly saying 'hello', and he kept complaining (but only to the mothers, not to kids' fathers :) ) about kids running in the yards, or kids crying or kids touching greenery, or kids playing in the yard, or whatever kids had done. Bottom line, Kalamitsi is a beautiful place to stay, peaceful, fantastic for families with small kids, but next time we will go to more children-friendly place to stay in.

Land loards' attitude is rather questionable!

Very clean, cute decoration, a minute or two from the beach. Probably everything you need for relaxing a few days.
I believe ideal for families mostly, as the whole area. Kitchen,garden and a balcony to every room i think also helps.

A great stay

if you need rest of all busy days in the week, you'll make good choice and go to this Studios! Beach is near, sand, clear sea, sky, perfect coffee, good people, small place for family holiday..  just perfect.
We go there for last 3 years at September, and have planning for this June :)
Enjoy in this house because the owners are very polite and friendly.
