A beautiful paredaice and a lovely service. I recommend whit all my heart. A beautiful view of the sea and a wonderful place to bring your kids to stay with. Easy access for disabled people! 🤗❤️. Good job Anna&Co! The rooms are clean and big good for everyone and all families!You can't go and take a walk to visit magazines or terraces  You can play basketball near the beach. You can't rent boats to go on the sea or skyjets and only 10 minutes walk way to a great taverna to eat at a good taverna to eat at a good prices, and large portions of food.The hotel has CCTV cameras operational 24/7 and has a large parking area to leave your car safely! They have all kind of drinks and snacks at a good price. They have coffee, ice cream and snacks! A single minus I have the beach dosent have a wooden footbridges for baby carriages and wheelchairs. But if you have somone to help you with it it dosent mater.😊

Allea Hotel & Apartaments 

Host: nice, friendly and willing to help
Outside: well-kept and lovely garden with outdoor seating facilities
Rooms: 2 rooms apartment kitchen was a little too small, but decent & clean, sheets and towels are changed every 3 days.
Internet: very low quality. I was forces to use my roaming for my emergencies.
Water quality: very low, not potable, suitable only for hygiene. I don't know if the owner can change this.


Villa Panagiota - aug. '21

It has been 2 years since we chose Villa Panagiota for our summer holiday. It is only 30 m to the beach, there is a car park so you don't have to worry about parking. The studio is spacious , with separate kitchen which is very convenient. The shops and restaurants are very close too. But the most amazing thing about Villa Panagiota  is the garden with the palm trees, olive trees and the flowers. It feels like paradise. A place to relax and enjoy the  Mediterranean lifestyle.
Anna and her family do all to make you feel good during your stay.
I gladly recommend Villa Panagiota to everyone who looks for this type of holiday. 

An amazing place to relax

The rooms in the villa are very small and dark. Same are the bathrooms. Not a good experience at all. Big difference between photos and reality. Quality vs price is not justified.Bad experience. The attitude of the owners, if you want to cancel on location, is very threatening. Not recommended.

Bad experience

I am in love with this villa and the garden, and the place and with Anna and her family who makes you feel at home with a smile and with a small details :-). I was with my family and in a company of another family of friends who had been there before but it was our first time in Toroni and I had a good look (as we stayed 10days ), I wouldn`t want to be anywhere else than in villa Panagiota. Studios are clean(service is every 3 days but you can ask to be more often or if there is something you need), specious, the kitchen is fully equiped with more than one needs -we often had barbeque as fisherman with us was lucky :-).Basically you will find everything you might need at your home, the WiFi is good and there is at the beach too separate WiFi and they have free sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach as well as nice hamacks, sunbeds and pavilions with table in the garden. Anna and her family are always there to look after guests and properties, so we felt safe, well looked after and cared for. Beach is sandy and the water is crystal clear, at the property it was nice and shady, we haven`t used aircon in Sept. I will recommend it to all my friends and will go there again with mine as once you find such a paradise you don`t take anything less+ Anna and her family makes you feel like home. We stayed at Villa Panagiota for 1 week in August apparently is the busiest season for Halkidiki’s tourism. Anna -and her family- were all amazing! We felt like we were visiting our “Greek family”. They were always happy to see us and we were always welcomed with a smile,a coffee or,even,food(Mrs Panagiota is a brilliant cook)!Our rooms were big and very-very clean. The beach close to the rooms is beautiful and the sea crystal clear. We will definitely be coming back (hopefully every year,if there will be any rooms available! They’re always fully booked!). A very special “thank you” to Anna who helped us with booking a couple of trips and whose suggestions of where to go around the area were impeccable! We already miss you all!

Amazing experience-Like visiting our family

We discovered Villa Panagiota in Toroni 11 years ago.  Since than, we spend 2-3 weeks every Sumer in this marvellous location owned and managed by a hard working family  with care and respect for their guests . 

Best choice : Villa Panagiota

First time in Toroni with child age 7 and 2. We fell in love at first sight of the green paradise complex, beautiful sandy beach and garden which is perfect for children. Hospitable, warm and with smile, host Anna is always there for you. Clean rooms, clean garden and nice people in complex. Beach is sandy, clean and spacious. Sand is also in the sea. WiFi fantastic. I recommend this place to anyone who wants peace, quite and a real rest. My family is coming again to this nice place next year.

Visited this place a while ago and the place is good to stay.  Ambience is nice and also parking is available but one can get free parking near by abd contact neighbours. Food was also good overall it was nice

Nice place

My previous summer vacations were related with a lot of traveling but not necessary related with a beach&sea moments, even more I was horrified by the think to spend my summer vacation in a hellish sun. For this reason,Vila Panagiota is a perfect choice for me and my family. During our first stay, our son was 10 months old, the garden of the Vila was absolutely safe for him and it was relaxing for us. Rooms & baths were clean. Kitchen was fine, but we did't use it for for anything other than heating milk and water, because there are few good tavernas/calm beach bars in Toroni. This September we are going to be there for the third time, bringing out dog with us.
