My wife and my self and Our little daughter were in Neos Marmaras in the summer in 2018 were we stayed with George and Sia.
I an counting the days to Go back again! It is the best place i have ever stayed in. The Rooms are Perfect and clean, the view is amazing, and Sia is just wonderfull, She makes you Feel at Home.

The host, Sia is very nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean and you well equiped. The villa has a good location, near the beach and restaurants and the view from the balcony was amazing. We had a very good time and definitely will come again.

Great experience!

An Italian colleague of my wife recommended George & Sia's house, after visiting 3 times.  It was perfect for our relaxing break (after a hectic summer) - even though the end of the season was approaching, Neos Marmaras was still hot and open for business.
Booking with Sia was easy, and she responds to e-mails promptly (and in excellent English).  We asked Sia to arrange a taxi from the airport, and her choice of driver spent the journey singing the praises of the view and local area (although I think he was biased as he lived a few doors along the street … ).
Sia met us on arrival, and could not be more helpful; we found little presents in the room, and guides to the area.  We did not ask for a large room, but there was everything we needed, including a small kitchen in the room as the house is self catering.
There are more than enough traditional restaurants in Neos Marmaras at reasonable prices, so we did not need to do much "home cooking".  The area is quiet, and I spent a few days on our balcony with a good book, some Fix and a fantastic view to take in.  This is the perfect base for a relaxing break in the Greek sun!

Perfect place for a relaxing break

George and Sia's House is a pearl in the Oyster called Neos Marmaras. 
I had a huge recommendation to stay here by a dear colleague and she was not wrong. Sia cannot do enough to make you comfortable. 
The holiday was designed for pure relaxation meaning no timetables no expectations. This selfcatering accommodation gave me the platform for just that. The balcony had the most perfect sea view, where even though you are 5-10 minutes walk from the harbour and the hustle and bustle of Neos Marmaras it was so quiet that you felt completely away from any stress.
You are on the top of a hill so you get a nice cooling breeze.
Sia will clean the room every day and it is spotless! Her attention to detail is commendable.
If we return to Neos Maramaras again I would not hesitate to book in here again just like my colleague has done numerous times.

Perfect relaxation

We recently spent 7 days at the property and met Sia in person. What can I say! Everything was great!

1. Location: a few minutes walk away from a great beach (Paradeisos)

2. Rooms: Air conditioned (low noise and very effective device), quiet, clean and equipped with the necessary amenities. Daily cleaned. Everything supplied

3. Hospitality: Amazing: Sia was more than the owner, she was there to make sure everyone was happy and satisfied. A great experice

4. Wifi: Available, satisfactory speed and always working

5. Price: Reasonable for the season and overall room quality

6. Near by: Supermarkets and other shops at walking distance. The city of Marmaras is also a 5 minutes walk.

Overall, a well deserved 4/4!

PS And luckily, there were few mosquitoes too!

A fantastic time!

A perfect place to stay in! The room had a wonderful view over the sea from the balconies. So clean and very quiet at night even though it was only five minutes walk to the center and five minutes walk to the nearest beach. The host Sia is wonderful, helps you with what ever you need to know. (Also provides with cakes, very tasty:-))
I can highly recommend George & Sia´s place!

Super!

A special location close to the beach (Paradise beach) from the port (from where you can go on the cruise) and the shops and taverns area (five minutes walk). The only problem is that when you come back from the beach or the store area you have to "climb the hill". It is not very difficult, but at the end of a day of agitation, this must be considered.
The cleanliness is impeccable and the view that can be admired from the terrace of the room is great.
In conclusion, it was a successful stay, even if the weather was rainy (cold and rainy) for two days.
We will gladly return to this location whenever we have the opportunity.
