We had one of the sea view maisonettes.  Very clean, well positioned for access to shops and restaurants (up a slight hill but only 5 minutes walk from town).  Beautiful views from all the terraces. Lovely pool which was never busy.  Nikos was a great host and helped us with car hire and recommending places to eat/visit etc.  Well equipped accommodation.  We had everything we needed and Nikos was always easy to contact for any queries.  Highly recommended!

Χεναδοχείο is the Greek word for hospitality and Nikos and his wife bring this in practice. You really feel welcome. The apartment we had was on ground level and has a spacious terrace with shade against the sun. Inside good separate bedroom, nice bathroom and kitchen. On the grounds there is a pool situated with beds and sun umbrellas. The apartments are situated on the small hill but very doable when walking. 
When coming to Levkas again I would certainly choose again for Gea Villas. 

We stayed here for two days. Everything was wonderful. The pool was very clean and the seats very comfortable. The room was huge and clean with all the facilities and even more (free fast speed wifi included). The hosts were very kind. The area were the villas are located is very quiet and a great place as a base to start 
exploring the beautiful island. 

My husband & I stayed one week at the Gea Villas, in the maisonette. I  Would like to firstly thank Nikos & Iro for their warm welcome, the bottle of wine went down a treat on our first night relaxing on the balcony, listening to an owl as we watched the moon rise over the distant hills;bliss!  Thank you Iro, also, for the wonderful surprise that greated us midweek; your wonderful homemade cake; which we throughly enjoyed!
Nikos was very informative on places to visit  & recommendations on local restaurants.

The Gea Villas were very clean, beds comfortable, the pool area so peaceful and all to ourselves, which was so nice after our days exploring the island.  We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony & a couple of times we made our evening meal in the well equipped kitchen. For information; the coffee machine was a Tassimo/pods. 
The mosquito blinds on all doors & windows are excellent! Not one mosquito seen in the house, so could sleep with the bedroom balcony door open, a cool breeze, no air con needed & no mossies! 

Hire car is a must if you want to see more of the island, we used Kapa rent from the airport: good service & with no problems. 

We mostly ate out, would recommend locally 'Kanoria taverna', set away from the road at the waters edge, the food & friendly service made us go back several times, the grilled Octopus was the best we've ever had! Greek music quietly playing made it very relaxing.
I would also like to recommend 'Thalassa Grill House' the food was very good &  good value. We had a takeaway; ordered the Souvlakia, excellent, the portions very large & only a 5 minute walk down the hill from Gea Villas. 

Another amazing restaurant we happened upon was the 'Taverna Eftichia' in Lefkada town, amazing local specialities inside the restaurant for you to choose from. A little gem! 

Overall our stay  in Lefkada was made all the better and enjoyable because we were at Gea Villas; away from the main road, good local restaurants, great location for exploring the island and excellent hosts! Thank you. Hope to be back one day ☺

Everything they say about Gea Villas is true. We spend the first week of our holidays here and found a quiet, nice, clean and beutiful place here.
The appartments were in very good condition and very clean. Inside was everything we needed. A good kitchen; good beds and airconditioning in two rooms; even a washing machine.
The owners live next door and are the most kind and helpful people. You can ask for anything and they will help you.
To explore Lefkada you wil need a car. Ligia is quiet with a few nice but expansive restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. For nice beaches you need a 20-30 minute drive.
Nice restaurants close to Gea Villas: go one village up the mountain (take the road upwards from Gea Villas)

Gea Villas are just as their website shows. Very clean and spacious with all you need for your holiday. The pool area is superb. Both villa and pool are kept spotlessly clean. Nikos and Iro are delightful hosts and the welcome cake was a very tasty surprise. The view from the maisonette is beautiful! Would definitely recommend.

The owners Nikos und Iro are very nice and child-friendly. The apartments are in a very good condition. Everything looks well-kept. The pool is a wonderful place and seems to be totally new. There are only four apartments, so most the time you are private at the pool. I think this will not be the last time we stay at Gea Villas by Nikos and Iro. Thanks a lot!

The accomodation is wonderful!!plenty of space for a family and very well equipped!!!the are many nice places for common use!!very nice pool with sunbeds and nice decoration!!the owners is a lovely young couple very sweet anx helpful!!no noises and so close to the nature.the photoes is 100% real.The main point for me is that i liked very much stay there and not getting out!value for money? 1000%.
  

There's a small paradise hidden up a Lygia hill. It's tastfull. Remote. Service is key. Nikos and his wife Iro run a close to perfect project called Gea Villas. The appartements - we have a 6 pax two floor with four - are complete, clean and the view is lovely over mountains and sea. The pool area is like new from a box. Great beds, parasols, crispy a go go. If you want peace and tranquility close to lively beaches and taverna's, this is the place. 

Gea Villages was a wonderful place to stay.  Wishing we had more time to spend in this sweet little fishing village.  We were there overnight (5 of us) in preparation for a sailing trip.  
Our hosts were friendly and very accommodating.  They let us stay beyond the check out time, which was so helpful.
The views from out unit were stunning.  I know I would love to come back and vacation there for at least a week.
