Absolutely wonderful experience here - beautiful setting with the most incredible views and wonderful staff. Andria is the most wonderful host. She honestly couldn't do enough for us. We'll definately be coming back. 

Wonderful experience in lefteris rooms and taverna

We have visited this place only for a lunch, so I am not sure about any accommodation, however I can highly recommend both food and service.
While we were leafing through the menu, the waitress came to our table and suggested (excellent English), we get some lamb dish as they had just butchered lamb. We followed advice and it was one of the tastiest and the best seasoned lamb, I have ever had.

Great food, nice and very friendly staff

Wow. Just Wow. Cannot express how wonderful this place and people who run it are. I wish I could thank them all for the help and support during the past month following the death of my father in a nearby air B&B. Manolis, Andra and Carmen were just amazing. I cannot thank them enough for the help and support we were given during the difficult times we encountered in Greece. Their hospitality was out of this word. I truly love every single one of them from the bottom of my heart. 

Our appetites weren’t there but whenever we could, we would try and eat here. Manolis cooking was just phenomenal and the dishes he produced were just excellent. A true gentleman and someone I would class now as a dear friend who I will treasure forever.

We ended up needing a few extra days to sort out issues with the repatriation process so required accommodation for a few more days. We moved from the air b&b to manolis place for the few extra days needed. Their rooms are absolutely stunning with spectacular views. I now know why my father picked such a beautiful place to visit. 

I promise you, I will be back and next time, under better circumstances. You are all truly wonderful.

Fantastic experience. Family-owned and -run, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Very authentic, you can participate in olive oil and raki production. The food is local and tastes fantastic, with fresh fish, meat from their own goats and sheep and vegetables from the garden

Wonderful and very authentic experience

We had a very pleasant stay at the pension Lefteris in Kalmbos. The pension is located on the mountain road leading to Elafonissi. The reception is amazingly kind and professional. The Panaorama room is wonderful, large and very well decorated with a magnificent view. The restaurant is excellent with daily dishes prepared with care and served with great friendliness. The advice given about the area helps to make your stay a good one. It is definitely a place to be and a credit to the Cretan hospitality. Richard

Wonderful pension

We came with 3 couples by rental car the accommodations are stunning. The panorama room is a must. Incredible views and even more incredible hospitality.  There is a taverna right outside our rooms with a wonderful patio area and the most delicious food we have had in Crete. This place is a must visit and they will arrange to come get you if you are unable to drive here from the beach areas. The hosts treated us like family we love this place you have got to stay here. 10 out of 10 thank you all for being so amazing to us on our journey through Greece. Much love ❤

We were treated just like family wonderful stay

Oh my word, what a find.  We're driving around the windy coast road (a treat in itself) near the village of Kampos, and we find this place. We ate lunch on the balcony overlooking the valley, and it had to be one of the best meals ever.   Yes the holiday mood was ripe, but the service and rustic quality of the food was superb.    A total treat.

We stoped here for lunch but, very undecided. It ended up in being te most delicious lunch that we had. Delicious Greek salad, best Dorada fish, lamb chops out of this world and incredible stuffed tomatoes... Unfortunately we had no more space for dessert.

This is definitely a "come back" place

We had lunch in the taverna on the wooden terrasse with great view on the valley, we tried different traditional greek specialties, very tasty.  The couple owning this place is very welcoming and really kind. Definitely a nice place to eat!

Lefteris Taverna in Kampos  Innachoriou

The rooms are more basic than many we have stayed at nearer the coast, but were perfectly adequate. The mountain location and the family atmosphere and cooking are what makes the place special. A car is essential and Elafonnisi beach is a rather tortuous drive away, well over 30 minutes drive.
