Heart-warming and welcoming atmosphere, lovely room and interior, great service, magical location. Recommended when you visit the Meteoras in Greece.  The place is pet friendly, our dog was a bit noisy but had a good time :-) 

Beautiful little place to stay. Full of character. Great views of Meteora from your private balcony while you drink your morning coffee. Great garden to sit and relax in with a local wine. Room was spotless clean, comfy beds and staff are amazing. 10minute drive to monasteries. Safe parking.

Wonderful view from the balcony; eclectic and peculiar decoration, very hospitable hosts and very clean room. Enjoyed the good company of Dimos the host, who is also very interested in shark watching.  

We stayed 2 nights while visiting Meteora. The hotel is very clean and well equipped. Fanatic value for the price. The owner, Demo, was very helpful and advised on how to spend our time. Would highly recommend.

You get exactly what you see in the photos of Zozas Rooms, it's like going to your friendly Greek uncle's house. The owner is super friendly and very helpful, breakfast was good and the quality of the food was high.

The hotel is very charming. We feel like we have been staying at grandma’s house.
The room was very clean and spacious, with the small balcony looking at the mountains.
The owner was very welcoming man with a lot of recommendations where to eat and what to see in Meteora. Breakfast was great and very well organized. 
The price was very affordable.


My husband and I visited the monasteries for one night from Athens and we were greeted warmly after our 5 hour drive. The hotel was very easy to find and parking was no problem at all. Our hotel was very charming and homey, filled with various belongings along its walls. Our room was very clean and a decent size compared to European standards. In the morning, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with other fellow guests in the dining area. The owner came out to help greet the guests and get everything ready for breakfast. He is a very sweet, welcoming man and we were so happy that we patronized his lovely hotel. The price can't be beat due to the location, the delicious breakfast and hospitality. I would certainly not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

we came to a place on the main road between the two location. from the minute we arrive the hospitality was just amazing, with help on the places we want to travel and other recommendations. also the breakfast was great

Zozas Rooms have good location, they are clean and tidy. However, the interior of the facility is weird and quirky, there is plenty of various ornaments, knick-knacks, figurines, jugs, paintings and pictures everywhere.We stay here for one night and pay 30 euro for a double room. Breakfast is not served but there is a kettle in the room. You can park your car at location.

Upon arrival, the owner showed us a map of the area and showed us to our room.  He was very friendly and helpful.  There was plenty of parking behind the building.  The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us.  4 individual beds were placed around the room.  There were lots of decorations throughout, but everything was neat and very clean.  A breakfast consisting of meat, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, croissants, cereal, coffee and tea was included in the room rate.  The AC worked well.  The free WiFi signal was too slow to be used at all.   The water for the shower never come out hot - just almost warm.

This hotel was a good value and only minutes from the monestaries.

Zozas Rooms were very clean, comfortable and welcoming. A little like staying at grandma’s house for a night! The owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area, he helped us find the bus stop and told us about the options we had to get up to the monasteries in the morning. Our view from the room looked out onto the plateaus and we even had a small balcony. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of Greek and international options, definitely couldn’t have gotten a better value anywhere else! Would definitely recommend.
