The amenities were of high quality and the bed very comfortable. Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast. Spacious rooms. Great gym facility. Good parking.

This is a fantastic hotel with extremely helpful and professional staff. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to help us get our delayed suitcase. The food was great and so was the service. The hotel room was extremely clean and comfortable.

Lovely location. Comfortable beds! Just a little too much air freshener smell everywhere. It was a little too strong a smell, not a bad smell, just too much.

The hotel is only 2 years old.  The finish was excellent.  The beds were comfortable, and the towels and other items were very high quality.  The location is great for walking along the seafront.  The free parking is just behind the hotel.  The restaurant has EXCELLENT food.  The breakfasts are luxurious and very generous.  We stayed for a week and had 2 rooms.  The staff were great.  The gym is also well equipped and hardly ever used.  We would stay again!

Lovely spot with lots to see and do around the property. The cosiest bed.Cocktails were delicious. Hearty breakfast provided. Eleni at the front desk was most helpful and kind. Super easy parking. A wonderful stay.

An elegant first-class place. Rarely you can find a better place to be.

This hotel exceeded expectations for an independent operator. Staff throughout were very welcoming at every point. The rooms were stylish and very clean! The amenities were high class including a nice Parlux hair dryer, Ferragamo toiletries and a TV with a mix of channels in English. Wifi also worked a treat! Breakfast was tasty and I had the best latte here in Europe so far! Only feedback is to fix the shower drains, as the water floods very easily into the bathroom.

I thought that this was a very pleasant hotel where the staff could not have been more friendly or more helpful.  Full credit to them.  The room was very clean and comfortable and had a beautiful sea view.  The operation of the lighting was a bit too complex, but this was just a detail - a bit of over-engineering from its recent refurbishment in what is otherwise a very good hotel.

Nice property.   Excellent staff.  Free parking nearby was a plus.   I nonetheless disagree with the 5 star rating.   No operating phone service (I needed to speak with a local) for the entire 36 hour stay .   We also had no working television or ac/heat upon arrival.   The hotel , however was very responsive when informed.  I would stay again but would check before stay to make sure everything works.

Nice modern boutique hotel. Good location along the promenade and easy parking just behind the hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped.I asked the hotel to change the room type ahead of my stay and even though they were nearly fully booked they accommodated my request which was very much appreciated. I found the staff very friendly and hospitable.

Wonderful brand new state of the art hotel . Located directly on the beach with exceptional eateries in the area. However I don’t want to diminish the Grands epicurean  delights at all. Demetri, Victoria , breakfast staff simply tremendous.. Hotel provides easy secure parking and unparalleled service not to mention the Guy LaRoche towels

Perfection

The design and style was very modern, and the property is only a couple years old,  the room was lovely and sea side at a small port. the bedding was outstanding, the position on the waterfront is fair.The front desk ladies were wonderful.  Elena and Victoria were everything a hotel owner would desire to represent them.As good as any in the world for warmth and service. Elena and Victoria, provided Concierge style services. The breakfast was fine, gourmet style and varied, however, simple and quick with the standard fare it is not. One server though lovely, serves guests as well as the waterfront across the way.The food and beverage staff needs help. The afternoon/evening waiters were overwhelmed and forgetful..the bad service here was unforgettable.Elena makes it memorable.Service from the desk and housekeepers excellent. The evening bar and waiters for the hotel and its cafe was seriouslylacking. The service in the Grand Cafe was not fitting of a property that is trying to be, and obviously spent the money on high quality goods and design.
