We stayed in a room with a private bathroom and I can say that the room is very nice, modernly decorated, spacious and clean with a large terrace and a wonderful view. The room has a safe, TV and air conditioning. The hotel complex is huge, there are various types of accommodation, beautifully landscaped surroundings. It has a self-service restaurant, a beautiful swimming pool, and sports fields. It is located right next to one of the most beautiful beaches on Ios, and the public transport. For those who like to be surrounded by young people and don't mind the music during the day, which stops around 10 pm. After the end of the main music, some young people continue the party on their terraces, so that may be a problem for some, but it didn't bother us. I absolutely recommend this accommodation.
