I lodged at Viena City, Tema for the first time with my wife and I was so impressed with the service. Being a Hotelier myself,  the expectation was so high and Viena City hotel, Tema didn't disappoint. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming and service was amazing. The facility is so clean with all covid protocols in place. I shall definitely return.

This was my second visit, and what was impressive was they had worked on the complaint and suggestion I gave them on my last stay. Amazing attention to detail. There's been massive improvement in service delivery and food is top notch.. Try the Yom Chow on their menu which is their signature mixed fried rice dish. Anytime I'm in Tema, this is home

I had a very nice time with my guys.the hotel rooms are very neat and spacious. They also have excellent  customer service  relations.Their food is also delicious. I recommend  vienna city hotel Tema to everyone. Check them up and thank me later

Wonderful experience 

Stayed for 3 nights. The rates and service quality is unbelievable. The food was really great and they provide customized breakfast as well. The staff are amazing and are always available to assist. Just the perfect place to unwind

Excellent hôtel by all standards

Clean room, lovely lounge bar upstairs. natural feel wooden summer hut type restaurant. Enjoyed their karaoke night. night club downstairs means that i didn't have to go far to find one. All in all, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend.

Great FOOD!

Great night club,hotel and casino not forgetting the restaurant, excellent customer service and a Big thank you to the management for a memorable experience during our weekend stay there. We loved their improvement and taking customer feed back seriously. we will be back!!!

Vienna City Hotel Tema is located in community 8 of the Ports and Habour City. Its about 7 minutes drive to the Port of Tema, Ghana and about 23 minutes to Kotoka International Airport Accra Ghana.

The location is fantastic, and full of life. The hotel house a club for lovers of club fun, a Casino, an Open Bar where you can be thrilled to a salsa dancing steps by beautiful young chaps.
The rooms are okay and neat with a free wiffi facility. If you are lover of local food vendors, you are sure of getting some around the environment.

I will always recommend for anyone who visits Tema, Ghana.

NICE LOCATION, NICE HOTEL

We arrived on Saturday around midnight which is not the quietest night as there is a disco which plays rather loud music.The disco also operates on Friday.It is not a hotel suitable for children in our view.The room was adequate with A/c which was on he majority of the time.New bed linen is needed as what was provided was a little old.The bathroom was OK with hot water.The breakfast was nice but lacked variety.The staff were very helpful & always had a nice smile.The top floor bar was nice & had a good selection of drinks & views but in December the Harmattan winds blow from the Sahara so it tended to be very hazy.For the price the hotel was reasonable value given that hotels in Accra tend to be overpriced & around the same price as they are
 in Europe.

The facility is relatively unsafe in my opinion. The rooms are not smoking rooms but some occupants smoked the life out of the rooms until I can perceive it in my room. The operators knew about this and in one occasion, they had to open the main door to let out the smoke. In one occasion, some perceived guys made noise through out the night, smoking just outside our window. Though I commend the cleaning staff for dedication to service, I think the overall cleanliness of the facility is poor. I think the hotel staff can do better. The toilet floor is slippery, can easily get injured from a slip. I nearly slipped on one occasion. The night club music is too high that it vibrated my bed when I was sleeping. I could hardly sleep. Just to end here, I can say arguably that the hotel has no wifi. One has to literally always beg to be connected to the WiFi. Besides that the wifi service was still poor. Anyhow, I wish them well and I wish their services can improve because it will be nice to patronize our local businesses so that they don’t fold.

I found good reviews on Trip advisor so we decided to book this hotel. This place gang infested slam hotel. It is not appropriate for familes as advertised. It's noisy and smells like weeds in the wall ways with the loud bar. Gangs and prostitutes hanging around in corners. It is not a safe environment. We stayed up all night because of the noise, smoke and ac did not work.
