The hotel was one of those offered by Delta Airlines as part of their vacation package. The stay was great, we had no issues with the hotel, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. As we use public transportation it is just a few minutes walk to the street car, or in the other direction to the U-Bahn to start our day trips in and around the area. There is also a stop near the U-Bahn for the Lufthansa bus to the airport. They have a well visited bar and restaurant we could see from the room, however did not visit. I loved that the window. opened so you could air out the room. A short walk through the park is a Rewe, a local bakery, and a Italian restaurant. Would be happy to stay again on any future trip to Munich, and it is quiet and not as busy as locations downtown.
