Hotel was very nice / clean & big.  Beside of that NOTHING impressed.

Start with check-in.  Staff was just ignore us and chatting with her staff.  We waited for 5+ mins until they finished their convenience.

WiFi didn't work and asked for help.  The reply was the guy did that wasn't home and will come tomorrow.  Next evening, we asked again.  She said, it won't be fixed for another 2 days.  Then we had to stay in restaurant to use WiFi but then she won't give us the password.  The staff in restaurant always came to distribute us.

Stayed there for dinner.  Food was worse than ordinary.  The waiter even worse.  We ordered the soup.  Then we had to wait for long time to order the main.  Then the waiter said you both ordered fish.  We didn't even look at the main menu yet.  He can only say, food good but could explain what was that.  It ended up I had sometime which what I wouldn't eat.

The breakfast had only very few items and once was finished there had no more.

The one made me angry was the waiter was racist.  He won't talk to me but he won't talk to my friend non-stoply.  Guess what because my skin colour.

This hotel was the most expensive in my last 4 weeks stayed in Germany!!

Very disappointed with the comment which was overrated / overpriced..

Will I recommend this hotel.  If you are white or rich or non-English speaker then yes.

Otherwise DON'T BOTHER!!!
