Greate apartment, perfectly fit big family or group of friends. The owner is helpfull and friendly. The apartment close to the lower part of the funicular, Marco Polo hotel, markt shops and restaurants.
We are enjoyed to stay in that apartment.

Few small disadvantages though:
1. The location presented in airb&b is wrong
2. We get only 1 roll of toilet paper for a week

Great apartment for large family or group of friends

We stayed here for 5 days just before Christmas in Apartment 32, which has a great view of the slopes and is only 50m or so from the gondola. The apartment was clean, decently furnished and was large enough for the five of us.

The apartment was quite noisy at night since it was more or less above the nightclub in the basement. Our friends with a car park view said they had problems with early morning noise from delivery lorries. However, these are minor quibbles and we would return.

There is only one ATM in New Gudauri that we could find and it was empty all week - the nearest ones are a few km away so it's worth bring plenty of GEL (not all places take cards, although you can generally pay in Euros).

Great location - decent accommodation

Brilliant designed for duplex room.The kitchen fully operational with sufficient utensil.The staff are proffesional and responded my email promptly. Walking distance groceries available.The view are stunning with gondola facilities nearby.

Pleasant stay as family with 3 kids

The apartment is well cleaned . It is right in front of the gondola lift . Right outside are bars/restaurants which opens at 1100am till 0600pm. If you want a place that would entitle you to ski all day then this is the place. Right outside their door is the ski range. There is also a ski rental right beside it. We had an apartment with 2 balconies facing the mountain. We woke up with sunrise on the horizon. Very beautiful!!! The caretaker can also speak english so no problem with communication. 
It has all the utensils you need for cooking/eating/preparing food. There are enough towels, pillows, blankets, even a hairdyer. The heater was working fine. 5 persons can well fit into the room. Wifi is very good.There is an elevator in the building.
Downside is they are very strict on the checkout time maybe because they have plenty of guests and they need to clean the apartment well before they checkin.

Best Location in Gudauri!!!

We stayed in A Family Duplex room. Nice and cozy. Steep ladder to go up to the second level where there was a bunk bed and 2 twin beds. Below there was a living area and kitchen. Though small area but cleverly designed to make it comfortable. Kitchen very functional and convenient. The location of the hotel is great as you can literally start to ski the moment you step out of the door. The gondola lift is 60m away and so is the ski school and the grocery shop. Several restaurants and cafes as well as ski rentals are 3 mins walk away . Behind the hotel they have a snow tubing for those that don't ski and also a small playground. The staff of the hotel is also professional. They responded my emails very promptly and provided all the necessary information via email. They solved by payment issues promptly as well.

The collection of the keys was a challenge. When we arrived there, there is no front desk reception, so we got our driver to call the person in charged who showed up promptly and the same when we checked out. So you either get a SIM card to make calls or have a person who has a mobile that you can use. Since there is no reception counter, you need to call for any issues and hope they respond promptly. There is not front desk service. The hotel is popular with young adults that are there to party, so be prepared to have some party noise from neighboring rooms.

Great Location with Good Facilities

My wife and I stayed at the Apartments during Feb 2016 and we were very happy . The locations is pretty much the best and very close to the SKI Gondola's . There are various Italian and Georgian restaurant on site and everyone is very helpful . Even though we didnt know Russian , being from India , we were treated as special guests .. so that was excellent . There is ample parking space and a tuck shop to buy your daily needs.
