The two ladies were exremely kind.We missed a TV

The personal welcome was excellent and friendly. I called when I arrived and was guided into the secure parking in a nearby courtyard. The room was very clean. The location was very easy walking distance to the central street through town. Marie Cecile had clear guidance for restaurants, how to hike up to the castles, etc.Note: The beds are very firm.Note: If you have sensitive ears, it is next to the church, so..... church bells.The breakfast was generous, including home-squeezed juice and the freshest evert croissant.At the end of my stay, they made allowance for me to leave my car in the secure parking after checkout so that I could walk over to Riquewihr for the afternoon.Overall, the service was REALLY special and welcoming.

The warmest hospitality in Alsace!

If you are looking for a charming home away from home you could pick no better place.  The care through which our breakfast was prepared and brought to our room each morning was like nothing I had ever seen - from freshly baked croissants to homemade jam to a cappuccino brewed to perfection.  Lovely hosts made our stay in the country town unforgettable.

Hospitality at its best!

Really wonderful stay!  Charming hosts who were very polite even though we were very late to check in.  Despite the fact they would have to wait longer, they recommended we get dinner before we arrived so that we wouldn’t be hungry!  Incredible building with lots of character.... crooked beams and floors, great tapestries, even a well inside the house!

Antique gem in a picture-perfect town

Unique hotel / B & B run by a couple of older ladies who genuinely like what they are doing. Very good personally served breakfast with the best ingredients from the neighborhood. Can only recommend this nice and romantic accommodation!

Accommodation with care

Lovely owners, everything was perfect. I always loved visiting Ribeauvillé for over 25 years. This B&B takes you back to special time in the Alsace when everything was magical. 
Maybe some hardboiled eggs for breakfast would be nice next time. 😉

Super!!!!

Came here almost twenty years ago when we, and the sisters that run this nice B&B, were much younger. Still there is a wonderful charm about the place in a quiet section of Ribeauville. One can park in the lot across the street or up by the old protestant church and walk a short distance down the hill. The room we had was lovely, looking out onto the church. It actually was a suite on the first floor, which was beautifully decorated and whose bathroom had been nicely updated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower very nice. The breakfast was fine, but nothing superlative. The common areas are also lovely as is the small eating area. The hosts probably speak english reasonably well, though we spoke french with them. They are polite and warm up after a little bit. This is such a lovely Alsatian town with such a great little property to stay at. Highly recommended.

Returned to an old favorite

Sadly, did not live up to expectations. Good points. central to old town , parking available. Other points. Church clock next door chiming 4 times an hour. No wifi, without going into the salon with Madame. Breakfast though included, just not worth waiting for and minimalist. Coffee,bread, croissant, tiny cheese. We abandoned ship and had lovely French b/fast nearby.

Old fashioned, in a time warp!

We explored most of the Alsace region, and Ribeauville was most definitely our favorite:  beautiful, lively, and appealing shops and restaurants.  This charming inn preserves the character of the region.  Recognize its authenticity (windows for temperature control, stairs to move between floors) and relish its beauty, gracious hostesses, and the best croissants of our two-month trip through Europe.
