I have stayed here over 5 times on pilgrimage with my local diocese. I have to say my best memory of Lourdes along with the obvious is the care, understanding and level of service provided by those in La Solitude. We have a choice of 3-4 hotels each pilgrimage and we always come back. In October of this year I requested a balcony room, although I had to pay, which was totally okay, it was just beautiful. As a pregnant person, I asked for a later checkout which was granted free of charge which I am so grateful for. The service of those in reception, the bar, dining rooms and the housekeeping is second to none. They are most polite and helpful, and I cannot wait to return again in October 2025. Thank you all for all you do. I appreciate you are paid to work there, but kindness costs no money, and we really appreciate just how lovely you are. Along with the hotel facilities, it is the staff here who always make our trips so much better. A home away from home!
