Economical, very friendly and helpfully staff. We spent 2 nights in Lille for business conference, everything was booked when I called Ibis Lille, they were very accommodating. Great breakfast! Thank you.

Great staff, clean and accommodating.

We had to wait 1h until breakfast was served, despite we being told it would be at 7.30h, there was nobody until 8.30h.
We found spiders in the rooms an the bathroom was not proper.
The area is quite dark and bad ambiance around.

We pulled up and there looked to be around 75+ people outside. We parked and kids ran up to the car, people were hanging out of the window and off of the stairs. There was no staff as it was past 22:00 so I could not cancel my reservation. We decided to try the ibis styles next door but there was a tall gate that we could not access, we didn't feel safe leaving our car in the car park so we left to find another hotel but first we had try to not hit the people walking along the street drinking and kids popping out of bushes. DO NOT STAY HERE! I have tried to contact customer service about this stay and so far no response. 

Refugee Camp

Avoid this hotel if you are a family. We turned up at 02:00am to an unsecured car park with numerous dubious types skulking around. They showed significant interest in our car and we felt incredibly uncomfortable. We turned around and left without staying and will never go back again to this hotel. 

Migrant camp

The hotel is near the airport next to what was the old F1 which now seems to be a migragants housing unit. The breakfast area is cramp compared to normal Ibis facilities and the general condition is aged. We will not be returning.
