Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that electricity and heating costs are not included in the price all year round. Please note that transferWise, PayPal and bank transfers are accepted methods of payment. Please note that, if you pay by PayPal, an extra fee of 4% of the amount will be requested by the property. Should you plan to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property of your expected arrival time in advance. One child aged 2 years old or younger can stay in the existing beds with no extra charge.
