A lovely location, the staff under a new management did whatever they could to make our stay delightful. We liked it very much.
I reccumend this hotel and I suggest we all give the new management a chance to prove that there is a improvement. 


Very good 

This hotel is in a fabulous location. On arrival the car park was empty and I’m looking further the pool was empty. We had had a 7 hour drive and on check in it was discovered we were the only guests and was informed they had no water. We were upgraded to a large room with a balcony and a jacuzzi bath although I did point out this was useless with no water supply. We were given some bottles of water but these were used to flush the toilet. After a discussion we decided it was more important to have a shower so decided to find somewhere else to stay. We went to explain we needed to leave as we wanted somewhere to shower and was asked for 30 euros!? My husband refused to pay and after some discussions gave us our passports and we left. We drove a further 2 hours to Skopje where we found a beautiful hotel to wash and stay the night. It was a bit creepy being the only guests and made me feel a bit uneasy. I don’t know whether this was because it was the start of summer season but the hotel is now called Hotel Rey

Wierd experience

I have sat with my wife for a coffee, this is a first time in my life that i get half a glass of nescaffe. This is outrageous!!! Don't visit this place it is not worth for the money!!!! Their explanation: 1. there were too many people and they weren't able to make a full glass of it, 2. It was because of the foam.

Oh and about the crowded place there is a photo below for that too. 

Worst place in this region

I am very sad to say bad comments about a hotel in my own country, but I've had a terrible 1-day experience. The hotel is ruined and dirty, rooms need detailed cleaning, sheets and pillows are not changed for ages, terrace cannot be used, the pool is accessible from outside and not intended for guests only (therefore very dirty), the staff is unexperienced, no maintenance at all... overall, the hotel needs total makeover, change of the management, replacement of the complete staff. It's a pity that a hotel built only 4 years ago with, obviously, much love and money, is ruined by human factor

Hotel on excellent location and stunning view ruined by negligence

Wet towels, broken lamps, no heating, no service, party damaged furniture. Our breakfast was supposed to be served at 8:30. However stuff arrived at 10:00, not able to make it. So we went out for breakfast and asked later for reimbursement without success. 

Most terrible ever

Im from Macedonia and i know good this region.We were today for a coffee and lunch with friends and the food was cold and disscusting, the service rude and angry..just dont go there ..there is no service, place to sit  and just nothing..if u want to spend good time dont go there.

Terrible

We checked in when it was already dark. Since there was only one bulb working in the entire room it looked ok and we just wanted to stay one night anyway. Bad mistake! In the morning we could see how filthy the room really was, it obviously hadn't been cleaned in years. We also found out that the weird smell in the bathroom was mold covering most of the walls. We even had to argue to get at least some money back for the breakfast that wasn't served...
