inexpensive, very clean, simple and elegant, with all the facilities a traveler could want (kitchen, washing machine, comfortable bed and bedding), close to the center of the main town of Kuressaare, the bus station, bike rental place. efficiently run and excellent host, great price. you cannot go wrong with this place.

Comfortable and nice. Shower and toilet is shared, but top quality and there's even a sauna on bottom floor. 

We were 3 people on a roadtrip around Estonia in summer 2015 and this was our second stop. 

We also heard longterm stay is possible if you are looking for that kind of place.

There were definitely no frills at this guest house - I had a single room with a twin bed, a desk, and a dresser (it was a bit like a college dorm room, really). It's really basic, but really good value for money. I paid basically a hostel dorm price to stay in a single private room. The bathrooms are shared which can be a problem when there are a lot of people, because there aren't a lot of bathrooms. The kitchen was fully functional and had a nice large table for a group to sit around. The decor may have been very plain, but everything was impeccably clean. The guest house was also about 1 minute walk away from the bus station, so easy to get to with your luggage. It's not super close to the beach, but it's a nice walk through the town center to get there, and nothing is really that far away in Kuressaare.
The one thing that could be a problem is that the reception is not on-site. I couldn't find anyone to open the door when I arrived. There was a phone number on the door but I had to walk around until I could find wifi to call using skype. They showed up right away once I called, though.
