We stayed in the hotel for TT24, which was our first experience of the Devonian and have already booked again for TT25!!!

The stairs were an issue for us, with my recent hip replacement and wifes artificial knees. Needless to say, this is the only negative I could advise other traveller's and the hotel can do nothing about this. This did not spoil our stay, but post this as informative fact.

The room was tidy, quiet, clean and bed sheets were changed during our 10 stay. The shower was hot and room was attended everyday we were out. There is a kettle, hairdryer and TV.

The breakfast was tasty, varied, plentiful and happy to accommodate my dining requests, as one morning I wanted to try a manx kipper, as well as full breakfast!
The staff were always pleasant, helpful, happy and super efficient. They are a credit to Kevin & Gillian who run a fantastic venue, who are always friendly and chatty.

I would highly recommend this hotel to other people!

Good place to stay with excellent Breakfast options

Lovely hotel, Kevin the owner is so welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble!
Extremely clean and comfy, and the breakfasts are amazing, huge menu choice.

Very central and walking distance to the seafront.

Wonderful hotel

Lovely hotel, really comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast menu. A few yards from the sea front. Parking across the road. Didn’t want for anything. There are no lifts so if you have a problem with stairs let them know. They made sure I had a room on the lower floor.  Will definitely stay there again.

Gillian and Kevin are hard working host they made our stay very memorable and even left our luggage in the room and gave us a room which was user friendly with me having an issues with mobility so thoughtful staff were very friendly and helpful the food was great would really recommend The Devonian to our friends to come and stay for a break you will enjoy just like us.

The Devonian great place in IOM

It was excellent as always , This was our fourth visit to The Devotion. Kevin cooks the most amazing breakfasts. The staff are so helpful. I had bottle of wine to drink in the room and used the plastic bathroom glass. the following day two glasses arrived. So nice to have a small fridge in the room.  The rooms are so clean, bright, fresh and lovely. It is so central  for traveling all round the Island, very  easy to get the Bus or Horse Tram,  with less than 5 minute walk . The Electric Tram or Steam Train  is a  10 -15  minute walk. We have already booked for next time!

The most amazing breakfasts.

Everything was spot on. Location: ideal - close to prom, ferry terminal and town centre. Staff: very friendly. Breakfast: superb with plenty of choice. Comfort & cleanliness: excellent. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to the Isle of Man.

A very pleasant stay

The owners and staff were lovely. The breakfast was well prepared and ond good quality. Was offered food bags for very early check out which is a lovely touch.

Greeted by Kevin....nice guy and very friendly.Our room was right at the top of building - lots of stairs!Small, but very clean and everything worked fine.Our only minor grumble was that the mattress was very firm and we are used to the opposite so we didn't sleep too well. Location was great  - short walk into town. Parking was ok - free on street with disc Kevin gave us.We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.Like I said - ok for a couple of night s for us - we would have to move on to find a softer bed!
