Visited here with my friend & animation team from my hotel on a Monday, I couldn't say a bad word about the place. Staff so lovely amazing atmosphere and lush surroundings. I had a brilliant time and me a my friend will be returning in the near future ☺😆

Lovely place

We arrived at the hotel in the evening was welcome by the manager Mohammed who went out of his way to cater for your every need.
The room was basic but still very nice air con was lovely much needed after the heat.
Plenty to do there day trips in the desert to see the desert people and quad bikes were much fun. 
The food wasn't the best did have an upset tummy but there were pizzas which was ok and soups but wasn't a big fan of much else. 
All the staff where brilliant the entertainment team amazing people from all walks of life and the bar staff and manger again fantastic.

Week away in the sun

We had the standard room which was basic not enough hanging space for clothing, the cleaner (Ali) was amazing and went out of his way to provide Iron and board, creating lovely towel art on the bed everyday, We found the food very nice, and lots of options to eat in different places around the complex,  Taher (restaurant manager)  absolute gentleman,  really helpful and attended to our every need.  We took our own tea bags as a brit that's a must!  easy to obtain fresh milk from the restaurant, all in all a lovely stay   we found that at the end of the beach the salesmen were not permitted to come and bother you,  or a red flag at the towel station to put on your beds deters them,   i would go to this hotel again.

Lovely stay,  standard rooms need attention

The best experience with this holiday was the staff, they were extremely accommodating. Amaar who deals with excursions was a lovely guy. If you tip the staff they will definitely take care of you! Food was average but we got upgraded to the best room as it was my birthday! Hotel was clean! The only let down was the food, but it was as expected from a cheap hotel.

Very friendly staff

Staff are friendly,  hotel is clean and they provide a good clubbing experience for those seeking nightlife. unfortunately it is not emphasised enough on the website just how much it is clubbing focused and if you do not want to partake in the “clubbing” there is no escaping. The nightly clubbing events are open air and the music is so loud until the early hours you cannot sleep which resulted in a week of no sleep.

Friendly/clean/too noisy

The smart line colour beach is a lovely friendly hotel, the room we had was fine and there was a bit of building work going on but that never bothered us, the food was always good, we would go there again but due to the building work I'm not sure if it's even open at the moment

Very nice

The staff were very friendly and helpful , no complaints about the food , neither my wife or I are big boozers which is just as well as the quality of the drinks were very poor. We asked for a change of room after first night, because of the noise ,what we were offered was an absolute dump , so stayed put, it’s a very noisy hotel , there seemed to be no escape from “ music “ pounding away. There’s not a decent bar anywhere in the resort where you can sit comfortably and relax. It’s a very tired looking hotel , in my opinion and the most overrated and overhyped place I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve traveled a lot . I wouldn’t go there again if it was free .
