Every thing was very good but they play very very loud music we requested them to turn it down they did but after 10 min same loud it felt like the speakers wer busted also in dinner time the sheff was not giving enough chicken

It is a nice hotel, room service was very good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the food menu is limited somehow but it tastes good, the thing that I really concerned that there is no beautiful landscape to walk through, the beach was sandy and awesome but there is no bathroom on the beach, I evaluate it as average where it offers a reasonable service versus its price

The worst experience and hotel ever, very bad service and treatment, very low standard of hygiene and cleaning, no one is bothering to our claims, different items in the room are broken, salty water for shower, the indoors pool is horrible, dirty and bad, food is very poor, not even offering water for lunch, no elevator and staff is not helping even in carrying luggage if you didn't pay them tips so it ended up carrying our luggage for one floor on stairs, not helpful and rude staff, they just want money, hit and run, I don't recommend ever terrible and horrible hotel really.

The worst hotel ever

This hotel is located El Wadi village 32 KM way from Porto Sokhna. 4 swimming pools are available indoor and outdoor. The hotel is refurbished recently and has a private beach. At night, enjoy a live DJ performance. I recommend this hotel for everyone wants to celebrate i. e. their wedding anniversary.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE !! ( PLEASE SEE PHOTOS !!! ) ROOMS WERE AWFUL, VERY WORN OUT THE BATHROOM WAS DISGUSTING! the floor drain coverage filthy, bathtub had no stopper, hairs were inside. 

The Bathroom towels were completely torn and looked very dirty! The fawcetts were so rusty. Toilet bowl had yellow from the inside. Service poor  staff rude, Beach area so dirty, rubbish thrown all over. 

buffet breakfast lousy bread & pastries not fresh. " Barbecue" night only has mini burgers and small cut  pieces of chicken!!! No variety whatsoever ! ordered simple margerita pizza , it came totally burnt ! Salads not fresh! PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

TERRIBLE DIRTY HOTEL!

I like weather, sea, Room wide, Don't like Cleanness, Food quality,

Hotel is horrible, bathroom is unclean and old. Room, sheets and towels are horrible. Even the corridor was unclean. My father found hair in the breakfast. Horrible hotel!!!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

Hotel denied reservation made and confirmed and paid in full by Expedia

1- Most of the china ware at the restaurant were broken and dirty (Please find the attached photo).
2- Flies were every were at the restaurant even inside the food (Please find the attached photo) and no sneeze guard available at the restaurant.
3- The miter` de hotel is doing nothing just smoking and talking at cell phone and smoking outside the restaurant i.   In addition that the restaurant staff are far away from this job.
4- The service staff has no idea about Personal hygiene.
5- The chilled food such as desserts (As well as cocked salad)  were offered in the room temperature behind the window which allow the heat of the sun and makes the desserts hot, it is known that,  if the temperature of the chilled food exceed 08 degree it could be harmful .
6-There were only one kind of bread and finished with no refilling (Please find the attached photo).
7- There lunch buffet were very poor : only 02 kinds of cocked salads , 01 kind of cocked vegetable, 01 kind of rice, 01 kind of pasta with tomato sauce (Normally the sauce should not be mixed with pasta ).
8- The beef burger was small and thin such as an Aspirin tablet and the chef was guarding it and gives only 01 tablet for each!! The same for grilled chicken it was cut like a bombed with grenade and guarded by the second chef and no fruits offered.
09- The public toilets were totally dirty, no soap and no toilet paper. (Please find the attached photo).
10- All swimming pools were dirty and contain lot of algae. (Please find the attached photo).
11- Sun beds were dirty, torn as well as pool towels and we are glad that the hotel didn`t have enough towels to give to my group. (Please find the attached photo).
12- The solar holders were rusty. (Please find the attached photo).
13 – The tubes cover of swimming pools was open and broken which were very dangerous for children in my group to fall in (Please find the attached photo).  
14- I tried to talk to the miter` de hotel as well as the executive kitchen chef to explain the situation but he answered that this meal according to the paid rate and that is the available Possibilities in this hotel and I find them doing this since I employed in this hotel 02 years ago. 
15- They are insisting to put the chopping board and the knife at the bread station (If we considered it a station!!)  even if they don’t offer French bread or a kind of bread to be cut.   (Please find the attached photo)
16- The setup of the restaurant table was dirty and full of flies (Please find the attached photo).
17- The lonely accountant at the hotel restaurant  and pool bar has no idea about Personal hygiene and didn`t give me a copy of the receipt as my extras were ( 30 bottle of big mineral water, 01 small bottle of water, 02 can Turkish coffee, etc..) even try to  give me the rest  incomplete!! And telling me is it ok?
18- The pool bar was dirty includes dirty "Torchon" which should not be used  (hygienically)and not to be put at the front of guests as, In addition to cleaning equipment at the front of guests, etc…
19 – The marble on the tables at the restaurant is badly broken.
20- I wrote a complaint to the hotel manager as a travel agent and still in house but no one was concerned. (Please find the attached photo).
Finally above points were just little from what I experienced at this hotel, by the way these photos are not true see the real one!!
