Hi! Recently my husband and I visited Jarabacoa for our 26th Anniversary and stayed at Jarabacoa Mountain Hostel. It was a perfect decision. So beautiful, comfortable, great staff and great location. Don’t hesitate to ask for David and his partners as tour guides, they know about everything you should visit and things to do, and you always will feel secure in their company. We strongly recommend horse riding and four wheels adventure to La Presa!! And don’t forget to visit Aroma de la
Montaña to enjoy a beautiful view of Jarabacoa (it is a beautiful restaurant in the top of a mountain good for walk around and drink some cocktails but I don’t recommend to eat there). We strongly recommend the Italian restaurant and the french restaurant (famous crepes), both are the best options to have a great and romantic dinner. And don’t forget to visit Constanza and its Aguas Blancas waterfall!!

Excelent Hostel

Molly and her team have been really kind and helpful during our stay. Place is amazing, clean and comfy!

Located outside of the centre, you will need a taxi or moto-concho to go there. It takes 15 minutes by foot but don’t during the night 😉

Wonderful villa and helpful staff

The place was perfect for alternative destinations & market. Everything was completed without any rush 

Hospitality was excellent at all times. Clean place & share kitchen space were just about perfect. People always has enough space to work on their stuff 

Just right 

I love this place!!  i traveled alone to re-connect with inspiration and have some days of relaxation, my room has a balcony with a direct view to the sunset and the whole place is full of pretty details , the living room and the kitchen are absoluty stunning. Molly the owner was so kind and helful in every question that i had , she booked all my exscursions and contact to me with a local guides. just to mention that i forgot my passport on the hostel and she sent it to Santo Domingo and i never felt that i have to worried about it. I stayed 4 nights and try to book one more but the place was full for the weekend , i definitly go back more than one time !

a place full of inspiration.

More of a nice hotel than hostel; this place was great to return to after a day or exploring. Super clean and well decorated. We had an extremely comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you for having us. We’d recommend to anyone staying in Jarabacoa 

Perfect stay

I recently visited Jarabacoa for the first time and had a awesome stay at the Jarabacoa  Mountain Hostel (larger Villa).  The hostel was immaculate in cleanliness, accommodations and the view. We had a group of 23 people and we all slept comfortably. I plan to visit again soon and I’ll definitely book the hostel again and I’ve told all my friends about it. Best lodging ever!!!

Best lodging ever

We rented the whole hostel it was awesome. The place was clean. The staff was great and helpful. Maritza was our caterer. Never went hungry or unsatisfied.  The set up the bus for us to and from the airport. Mind you it was 23 of us. Just an awesome time great place. Awesome prices. Coming back soon.

Atlanta JWs

My family and friends rented the entire Villa #2. We enjoyed the atmosphere and accommodations. Everything was neat and clean. We had housekeeping everyday or as requested. We hired a caterer "Maritza" and her family to cook for us. 3 meals a day...and they were all delicious Dominican food dishes! Her daughter also made us deserts that were GREAT!. Molly, the owner, was superb in assisting us in everything we needed. My husband and I resided in the second floor King Size Bed Room with the Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. It was so comfortable and the view was spectacular! We had a night guard who made sure the place was secured as we slept. Everyone was so professional. I will never forget this place and I am going back for another visit!
