This was a great apartment style accomodation. It is a 4 or 4 bedroom apartment and you can rent your own room or shared room. Room has a door and option for your own private washroom. Breakfast is served in the morning and you can use kitchen to cook you own meals. The couple that run this is very nice. They even took us out with them to local night club drink point. I would stay here again. Not luxurious but clean with nice A/C. 2 minute walk from the beach. which is very beautiful. Walking distance to restaurants/bars/grocery store.

Great Value, Great People

We arrived at this hotel on November the 14-th 2016, and stayed up to 19-th. 1st thing is that the receptionists didn`t give us a change (which is not a problem), but she actually had no intention to give it back to us at all. Room was pretty dirty, overally cleaned every 3rd day. This place have no warm water at all, so don`t expect it to come , `couse it was actually never installed. Hotel has a shared kitchen with very, very, very few dishes, and was never cleaned. There was no tv in the room, and two rooms had shared remote controller for A/C. Stairs were very sliperry during the rain, and nobody was wiping it. This place is to be avoided in a wide range...

Now ok, i know this is a budget hotel but this was the worst place i have ever booked. 

I will start off with the only positive thing which is the location. It richt next to the beach just a 1 minute walk and you are in the ocean. 

Now lets get on to the bad. They double booked me TWICE. The first night i had to stay in a room with a shared bathroom which i did not book. Then i had to move to the room initially booked ( which looked NOTHING like the pictures) so packing all my stuff again which took allot of time. Then on one of the lasts days they informed me that i had to move AGAIN because they booked someone else for that room. Completely unprofessional. i had to waste another day by packing my stuff and waiting for the cleaning staff to finish.  This is not something i want to be doing on my vacation unless its an amazing upgrade. 

For the first night i was offered a compensation of about $3,- like are they serious? The other time they did not even offer anything. -

The rooms were very dirty, Im talking about chewed gum together with hair in the closet orange stained tubs and sinks. Used Q-tip and chewed gum stuck to the bottom of the trashcan. Brown stains on the walls. Cracked ceiling.used hairpins and an old memoriam card of a previous guest. i will provide pictures - 

The ''hotel staff'' is very rarely present. The girl of the frontdesk who is supossed to be there for questions is Always gone. You get her Phone number and are told to whatsapp any questions. However she never replied to most of my questions even though they have been read. 

- Having been placed in 3 different rooms i have also experienced 3 different bathrooms in this place, All of which were bad. There was no warm water, the water pressure was low, the water had a very strange foul odor and was brown. The shower curtain had fungus on it. The cabinets were brown stained and obviously never cleaned ever - 

Your rooms are not cleaned during your stay. They don't even pick up your trash or explain where you can dispose of your trash. - 

You get no new towels unless you ask someone. - toilet paper is not refreshed you need to walk to the lobby to ask someone for toilet paper in front of people. - 
There is no handsoap provided.

If you love yourself, Don't go here.

We were here for 7 nights with my girlfriend and it was nice. The family who owns this "hotel" was also living in the same floor as we had a room soo...it was i little bit too many people staying there all the time than i would imagine in a hotel. Especially as we like to cook and that's why we picked up this place and it was almost all the time someone from the family somehow using the kitchen but the overall experience was good and the family was kind.

Good budget option

My friend invited me to join him on his holidays to Punta Cana.

It was hard to arrive, non of the taxi drivers knew about the place and even using Google Maps it was hard to find. The reason is that there's not even a sign of the place and that's because it's not a hotel but a building on apartments.

On booking.com appeared to be completely different and looked nothing but the pictures. 

The rooms are inside apartments where local people actually lives. They cook and the small gets to your room.
 
Pool was green and without any kind of maintenance. No cameras, no check -in or any kind of security. Scary.

Regarding the room, just plain awful. The windows don't close properly so the heat and the mosquitos get in, everything is old, shower had no hot water...  

I immediately took my friend out of that place and went to a regular hotel. 

Don't get convinced by cheap prices, this will totally ruin your holiday.  Stay away!
