Apartments are basic but very clean, cleaners come in almost every day. The cleaning staff are very friendly and professional. Our apartment had a fantastic balcony, Sun virtually all day 😁😊😎.  Down side tv 😞📺 tried to connect Chromecast to watch UK channels and watch movies Online to no avail.

Great stay will be back 😁😁.

Apartments are fairly basic but have everything you would need, even washing machine and tumble dryer. The views from our balcony were just stunning and a two minute walk downstairs and you have all the shops bars and restaurants right there. All staff members couldn’t do enough for you 👏
We will definitely be back.

Location Location Location !

Had a brilliant holiday in these apartments, balcony was huge and kitchen well equipped) not that we used it much). Very central for shops, restaurants and bars. Very easy to get to and no real need for any other transport but car hire is readily available

We have just returned from a 7 day stay at the paphinia apartments in a deluxe apartment , everything you may need on holiday was available and if not , the staff provided it, housekeeping and maintenence excellent, would highly recommend staying here.

Would highly recommend these apartments location is excellent apartments are very well equipped the staff are all very helpful if you need them elena in the office was extremely knowledgeable and helped us on a number of occasions we both felt at home but with views to die for .Thanks paphinia hope to book again soon

Excellent holiday 

We were absolutely delighted with this beautiful sea view apartment with all mod cons....even a washing machine! The view from the apartment was so relaxing yet the location was central for the many local restaurants, bars and shops. The owner was approachable and really helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.

Can't wait to go back to the lovely Paphinia Sea View Apartments in Paphos 

Let's start with the good points.
The location, view is excellent. The balcony is big enough to accomodate 2 sun beds, a small table and two chairs.
The aircon is both efficient and included in the price, just take the one key out with you and leave the electric dongle thingy plugged in to come back to a nice cool room.
The wi-fi is also included in the price, always worked.
The fully equipped kitchen meant that we could pop to the local Sainsburys and have  a home cooked meal.
A Washing machine and tumble drier was a godsend, we probably could of gotten away with just taking 2 or 3 days worth of clean clothes.
We requested a airer and within 30 minutes or so we had one.
A fridge freezer was very welcome as was the small small kitchen cleaning pack. 
We arrived early hours and the key safe system worked fine.
Now the niggles.
We could not get English television channels, although I suspect that had we of asked someone would of come to show us, we didn't go all that way to watch television.
Some of the decor was showing signs of it's age and a lot of the fixtures were "well used".

NOTHING TO WITH PAPHINIA.
Yes Jet 2 dropped us off about ten minutes away with a flimsy map, we have been to Paphos before and knew where we were going, we chose to walk through the papantniou goods in area which is uneven and not level in some places, had we of chosen to stick to the pavement and walked around then it is all paved and level.
There is a lot of re-generation work going on and it does not look very pretty, blame the Mayor and Municipal council we were told by a local boat Captain.
Since we were last in Paphos, 4 years ago a lot of the local businesses appeared to be closed, bar street being a prime example and a lot of shops.
We will return but perhaps when most of the re-generation is complete

we got dropped off at about 2am up the road from the apartments & the driver pointed the way to walk we are 2 pensioners with serious health conditions & where left in a strange place & had to drag cases over a rough track when we eventually found the appartment we had to carry cases up 42 stairs then get key out of key safe we then couldnt get the door open for ages till a woman phoned maintinance for us he took 20 mins to arrive & got us in the back of the apartments stink of open bins there is no reception at these apartments just an office only open a few hrs a day the apartments have no phone to contact anyone so if you take ill you cant get help the bathroom is a death trap with shower over bath & no grab rails also the bath & tiles are very slippery  also there is no safe in the room the only good bits were the view from the front of apartment & the woman in the office is really nice as are the cleaners

After being dropped off my jet2 late at night and given  directions to apartments  I thought God  where have I come.We found the apartment  number 109 overlooking  the sea it was spotlessly clean  l went to the offices twice the issues  were sorted out immediately they couldn't  do enough for you .Towards the end of our holiday I  asked  if we could  keep the room on as had late flight back yet again  no problem  and said no charge  for keeping  room for extra 8 hours  .The apartments are in ideal  location  if you're booked apartment don't  worry  just enjoy your holiday

I’ve just very recently returned from an 11 night stay at these beautiful apartments in apt 207, this is my 2nd year in a row staying here and again I cannot fault it. 
Apartments are spacious and cleaned to a very high standard, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay, air con and very very good wifi!! 
The view is just out of this world.
A special mention to Elena in the office who is so friendly and helpful, always will assist wherever possible. And to all staff at Paphinia thank you again for such a lovely stay and of course I will be making a return very soon!!! 

I feel I have to mention that any negative reviews about these apartment really is unnecessary and very unfair as a lot of it is just being very picky, and until you have experienced these apartments then you will not see how amazing they really are and why so many people return each and every year.
