Exceptional room, certainly for this price, and exactly in the centre of the old town of Zadar. Very friendly owner, who also has the cosy restaurant downstairs. Good breakfast of bread, cheese, meat, eggs, coffee and orange juice, served at the table.

Exquisite room and location

The bus stops just outside the city walls and the hotel is 5 minute walk inside the city wall. It was easy to find thanks to some excellent instructions from Nina (including what options we had to get from the bus station). 
The accommodation is not a standard layout, but we really enjoyed it, with a large shower room and toilet in the centre of the room and a stand alone bath opposite the bed next to the doors onto the balcony. The windows in the shower and the opaque glass in the toilet mean the room is best suited for couples, and it is on the top floor so stairs are involved . The view on the balcony is just other buildings but we did use it and it was nice to have the doors open for a welcome  breeze. The room also had a fridge and many TV channels and fully functional Wi-Fi. 
Breakfast of eggs, bread, meat, cheese and drinks was included and was a good start to the day. 
The location inside the old town makes it an ideal choice with everything in easy walking distance. There is some noise from the restaurant below but we never found it too much. 
Nina was very friendly and was always happy to help with any questions, and in our case printing some bus tickets, she also shared her mobile number in case we needed her. It’s that sort of personal attention on top of a lovely room in a great location that makes this an excellent choice, and why I would certainly recommend staying here.

Very good accommodation in great location with a very personal touch

The only flaw we could find with our stay is that we were only here for one day - meaning we didn't have the time to soak it all in, or soak ourselves in that beautiful center-piece bathtub.

The location is perfect, the room is beautifuly done, the bed is comfy (maybe too soft for my taste, but that's just because I like to sleep on rock-hard mattresses), the pricing is reasonable, the breakfast is on key and the staff is extremely pleasant. Definitely would recommend.

Exceptional

The location couldn't be better! Easy to find and centre of everything. Great welcome. The room was amazing. Very different decor and immaculately presented. Fully recommend a stay here. A short walk to the sea organ and the beautiful sunsets Zadar is famous for!

Very unique and interesting place

The best part is the location. In the middle of the Old City. Really near from the restaurants and the main attractions of the city. It includes a super tasty breakfast!
The worst part it is located in the 3rd floor and there isn't any elevator. The historical center is only for pedestrians so, if you go by car you have to walk some blocks and also leave the car parked in the street.
The apartment is really clean and in perfect shape! It has a big bathtub to relax after a long tourist day.
Recomended for couples, not for friends because the shower is glazed.
