We arrived just after the tourist season but there were still a number of people around and we were never lonely. Various family members were there between 2 weeks and a month. Villa Lucija is right on the beach of the Adriatic Sea which is picturesque and beautiful. Villa Lucija itself is a modern, clean and elegant facility. The owners were friendly, courteous and helpful in every way. The whole family had a wonderful vacation.    We highly recommend it.

My wife and I enjoyed three days and nights there. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner and her husband, what wonderful people! 
Our room had two balconies with beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. A short walk down a flight of stairs and the bar appeared. 
Twenty short steps from there was the beach. Really nice place to relax.

We loved staying here! Amazing views! It was really romantic to go to sleep by hearing ocean waves. Room was really clean! Location was perfect, away from noisy central area. Supermarket, good restaurats and bikerental agends near!

This is our 4th year that we are coming to Villa Lucija. 
We are a family if 5 with three small children.

The boardwalk that is in front of the house is not to crowded an not to loud at 22.30h PERFECT SILENCE

The villa:
Marko and Tea are the owners that are perfect host's 
They go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one and not just rent the apartment.
All the apartments have a balcony with a see view an are large enough to sit on and enjoy the evening when the children go to sleep.

All I can say is thank you for your hospitality and see you next July

Peaceful villa with amazing balcony views

Frankly speaking, the hotel has fantastic location and their upper room is very nice and with a superb view. However I have to warn everyone to not book the ground floor room with veranda (as per the ad) as it turned out that you have the hotel cafe with TV on until 11ish pm just right outside your room - yes you can heard crowd talking, TV noise and such. It's supposed to be a romantic summer beach vacation for us so it's very shocking when we checked in late at night. The owner's way of handling the issue doesn't help and from the way he reacted, i bet many couples have raised the same concern to him, when we raised it, he doesnt seem surprised and just give us a standard scripted reply with no emotion, he basically just shut us down by telling us :'this is as per mentioned on the ad - a room with veranda'. It's very frustrating and ruined our mood. i feel that there is a bit of dishonesty in the ad for the room, they should have at least mentioned there is a cafe in front of the room. 

We spoke to another lady after that and was offered to upgrade (by paying additional of course) to the room upstairs for 3 nights the next day but have to move down again to this terrible room on our last 2 nights. We took it as the original room is really terrible. 

Price wise - We walked around nearby the area and saw so many apartments available with the same location/room but much cheaper price. 

As shared earlier, the room upstairs is really great - clean, with facilities, balcony with superb view. However our bad experience with the owner and his dishonesty and bad service are such a huge disappointment and we will definitely won't be back.

After making a partial payment of 100 euros, we received a text message that our reservation was cancelled for no reason! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY (we got our money back but were still left without a place for vacation A WEEK BEFORE we were supposed to arrive)
