We stayed 2 nights at Apartments Sun&Love and really enjoyed it. The apartment was comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. A kitchenette and a small fridge made it easy to cook light meals. The apartment has very good internet. The hot water tank is small, and not quite enough for 2 short showers. The apartment we stayed in was very conveniently located. A 5-10 minute walk to the main tourist attractions, bus station and ferry. A few supermarkets just around the block. 
As we had read about there not being an actual office, we called/emailed ahead to let Sandra know when we were arriving. She was very accommodating and waited for us even when our bus arrived quite late. She was flexible with the check-out time when we weren't sure whether the ferry to Hvar was going to run. 
We had a very enjoyable stay thanks to Sandra, and I definitely recommend Apartments Sun&Love when you are in Split!

Comfortable apartment, conveniently located, a great value

Apartments Sun&Love is located conveniently right in the middle of the touristy area of Split, within walking distance of the old city, the harbor, beach. Other staff like an ATM, Super market and a coffee place are right around the corner. 
We were a couple, but the apartment we stayed in can hold up to 4 people. it is well equipped for cooking and is big enough to be comfortable.
We were received nicely by the owner's daughter, who showed us a map of the city and gave us some nice recommendations on where to eat and what to see.  
Furniture was a bit old and decoration was not the strongest part. The hot water in the shower was enough for 2 short showers, but if you like long showers you might find yourself with limited amount.
 
All and all, it is good for the price.

Good apartment, nicely located.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 1 night (as we were doing a tour of Croatia) and we were very pleased with the apartment. We were greeted by the owner who showed us round and gave us a map of Split. She pointed out places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The room itself was basic but had everything we needed. You literally walk out of the apartment and down the alley, turn right and the harbour and the town are right there. Definitely go and see the palace, such a beautiful landmark. We got a catamaran out to Hvar Island and stayed over 1 night which I would definitely recommend. Stunning island and not too busy. 

The hotel is a bit hard to find so make sure you have your confirmation with the owners number on so you can phone her (she'll come and meet you).

If I visit Split again I would definitely stay here.

Fantastic location and excellent value

Apartment was clean and comfortable but poorly equipped in the kitchen - no decent knives to cut bread, cheese, etc; few cooking utensils, no freezer section in fridge for ice or ice cream.  
Pros - near bus station and main attractions, supermarket across the road, friendly owner
Cons - on second floor so quite a haul with luggage, busy road outside, poor sound proofing with neighbouring flat, especially regards the plumbing.

Good location but bit basic

Great little apartment, reasonably quiet. 
Close to everything: Diocletian's palace, ferry, train station, main boardwalk.
There is a supermarket behind the building and an awesome pizza place.
A few flights of stairs.
Really nice owner, you meet here at the apartment, no central office, so have your mobile handy.
Would stay there again.
