Nice and clean accomodation with friendly staff. Very peacefull, great price. Enough parking space, airconditioning, BBQ outdoors. By the sea, near city centre. The hostess was great, offered coffee and breakfast. 

Great place

We stayed in an apartment with sea view and a big balcony, and the overall experience was so much better than I thought it would be. The room contained a clean bathroom (with washing machine and all utilities) a bedroom, and a kitchen with small dining area. The kitchen was all equipped (there were even basic ingredients for cooking like oil and salt, so we would not have to buy one just for a few days). The apartment was very clean, and the prices are affordable. The hosts are super nice, on the first day Dalia gave us basic info and tips for going out in Opatija, and they (it is run by a family) were always very keen to help us with anything. On the last day they even took us to the bus station by car, which I think was very nice of them. A supermarket is really close, so we could do all our food shopping there. The guesthouse is close both to Volosko and Opatija centre by foot.  Only negative thing I would mention that in our room (which was in the end of the building) only half the room had WiFi signal. Overall, I recommend Villa Dalia :)

Great guesthouse in Opatija

This is a very professionally run guesthouse. CLEAN, good size room and very nice balcony overlooking the sea. Street noise is a bit high if you are a light sleeper, but value level is even higher! Excellent value period, amazing value considering the higher end towns close by. Run by very nice family.

A great place to stay

Several times we stayed in the villa Dalia.Apartman is a great, affordable prices, great view, pleasant staff.Free parking ,barbecue .In just a few minutes you arrive at the main Corso, close to shops.

villa Dalia *****

We were here during low season and were the only guests. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the view from the balcony was great. Breakfast was served in a little garden sun room, a great selection of breads, meat, cheeses, eggs, fruit and yogurt. Only 5 minutes walk from supermarket and Volosko village.
Good, fairly cheap little place at a fantastic destination. I would book again!
