The apartment is the best one in the island. Beautifully constructed, match good taste and style while not sacrificing the functionality as a vacation home. The owners, Ines and Jakov, are wonderful people.

We were in a group of 7. We found absolutely everything we needed during our 1-week stay, staring from cooking utensils to beach mattresses.

Knowing that the first days we might not be having everything we needed before doing our first shopping, the owners already provided us with drinks and fruits to keep us going.

During our stay, the weather was not quite stable. Therefore, I must admit that we have enjoyed more of the apartment than the beach!

From the terrace, one can enjoy the stunning view with the sea, the land and the mountains all at once coupled with a pleasant breeze.

I would give everything to have this apartment!

At the end of our stay, they owners come to bid farewell and also gave us a small gift to remember by. What exceptional hospitality!


Cannot be better! 

What an absolute gem in Bibinje, the most wonderful quiet and relaxing spot, like stepping back in time to a quieter age.

Loved having the most stunning water views from the balcony. Short walk to local restaurants and 10mins max to town square, supermarket, bus stop for Zadar.

Very quiet, watching boats, kite-boarders the only ‘traffic’ around.

Weather and temperatures were stunning a perfect for May. 

Found the locals to be incredibly friendly, had an amazing trip.

Thank you Croatia, we will be back. 

Peaceful & Relaxing

Stayed here for 3 nights. Perfect apartment to myself. The hosts were very kind and accommodating.

It is 2 minutes from the bus station, 20 minutes from the old town (one straight walking road) and 5 minutes from the local gym.

I would stay here again if visiting Zadar.

Perfect place in Zadar

We stayed here twice-our first night in Zadar after arriving on a late Ryanair flight,  and then again at the end of our week in Croatia.  It was perfect because its just a couple hundred meters from the main bus station where the airport bus stops and where you can take buses to other parts of Croatia.. Our host, Marianne, was so helpful and and made sure she was there to greet us when we arrived late. The room was very nice-super clean and comfortable, with the basics for making coffee, tea, etc. Also, she let us leave our luggage inside, and let us keep a key to the outside door so that we could explore the town without having to drag our luggage with us.  It was about a 45 minute walk to the old town and port of Zadar. Wifi was good. Would definitely recommend this.

Perfect location near main bus station

We stayed at Apartments Nina on the night we arrived in Zadar on a Ryanair late flight and then again for a night after visiting the island of Silba and before travelling to a different island the next day.  The apartment are really convenient for travelling - just next to the bus and train stations, about 15 mins walk from the old port and town and a 5 minute taxi ride from the new port.  We got the bus from the airport after a delayed flight but the owner was really friendly and hospitable, despite our late arrival.  The room was spotless with good wifi, A/C and cooking facilities, with even some coffee and tea for us which was very welcome.  We were also able to leave out bags inside and were given a spare key to collect them before our ferry which was great.  There is not a lot to do in the immediate area around the apartments so I wouldn't recommend it for too long, but for a few nights to look around Zadar or between ferries it is ideal. Despite the road outside being busy in the daytime it was very quiet at night and we slept very well.
