The appartment is just perfect. Spacious, very clean, luxury kitchen, dish washer, toilet and bathroom separet, bathtub and shower separate, big fridge. Everything you need for a relaxed holiday. There has been more than enough supply on fresh towels, even kitchen towels. We enjoyed the view to the sea, breakfasts and dinners on the balcony. There was everything you need for your daily cooking and or breakfast, such as fresh vegetable and fishmarket from Monday to Saturday, supermarkets, bakeries, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. etc. Various beaches are very close, pebble beach and sandy beach. Lovely to stroll along the seashore, visiting the various cafés and restaurants. Only one thing has been disturbing, but this was not the fault of our landlady, as this can also happen to you if you book a 5 ***** Hotel: The noise from the construction worl nearby. At least they started at 08:00 and not at 06:00 am, they made a lunchbreak of 2 hrs, and stopped at 18:00 hrs. The landlady has been very friendly and supportful when needed. The best appartement we ever booked so far!

Relaxed Late Summer Holiday in Croatia

I agree with everything said above- the convenient location, the tasteful design of the apartment and the views are all very pleasant. There is plenty of storage space (built in wardrobes, shelves, even a small larder!). Clean and smells nice. 
The only two downsides:
It was lacking small things we are used to, such as cleaning stuff- sponges, cloths for wiping, etc
The beds are very creaky- I co-sleep with our toddler and i was unable to move all night from one position as it would wake her up. In fact, i could hear my mum turning over from the other bedroom!

Very nice apartment

Beautiful apartments, very clean and everything is new. The apartment is well equipped, even a new washing machine and dryer.
The lady in charge was so nice and helpful, very good value for money. close to the shopping center and to the sea shore. 
Good also for family with kids.

Great and lovely place to stay

The apartments are located 2 min from the bus station, supermarket and cafes.  Absolutely no noise or inconvenience.

New and spacious with all facilities one needs to use.   Bed comfort was outstanding. WiFi excellent.  One can walk in both directions for a beach side promenade.

 The whole place exceeded our expectations.

Definitely the place to stay in Crikvenica

We stayed one week at Villa Castello in August 2012, in their apartment Lavanda. We have two children aged 1-3 and we were four adults. It met, and exceeded, all our expectations. The house itself had a locked front door so it felt very safe. The apartment was on the third floor (they have two more apartments on the floors below). There was no elevator but that was not a problem for us since we could leave our stroller in the reception area.

The aprtement was clean, incredibly well stocked (everything from cutlery, kitchen appliances to washing machine, towels and sheets) and really nice. Large living room with a sofa-bed for two adults and air-con. Great kitchen with everything you need. Wonderful bathroom with two sinks, a great shower, a separate toilet and washing machine. Two bedrooms with double beds for two adults. Very comfortable beds and above all pillows! We slept really well. Air con in both bedrooms. There was a door between the bedrooms and the living room so that you could minimise noise from the living room to the bedrooms if you have children who sleep early. There was a small balcony with a table and chairs for four adults with a view of the hills and marketplace which was also really nice.

The location was great too. We were not disturbed by noises from outside and had a wonderful view. There was free wi-fi in the apartment and cable TV.

If and when we go back to Crikvencia we will definately stay there again, and I would recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone going for a visit!
