For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Foreigners on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.

Spa and gym facilities at this property are unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). This property can not be accessed without the park ticket, property is located at a Natural Park. Guests must buy the entrance ticket directly from the park's webpage to enter to the property at Parques Nacionales Naturales De Colombia, Sector el Zaino. Please note all guests need to purchase the ticket in advance to access the Property. Please note that access to the park is until 3:00 p.m. If guests wish to arrive after these hours, they must notify the property in order to purchase their tickets. Guests can exit and enter the park for 3 days with one ticket when staying at the hotel. Children under 6 years old and adults over the age of 65 don't pay. The quality of the WiFi signal depends on an external provider and varies depending on climatic conditions. Please note that the property have satellite internet but the signal inside the Tayrona park is unstable since we are inside the jungle
