The hotel is grand and the rooms are huge with the toilet having a see through to room. The room has a study area, double room,  the room service includes western food and tasty. The staff is courteous but do not speak English but they call a manager who does. The staff are polite and helpful.

They smoke in the bathrooms. Same garbage for three days. Mold in showers and steam room floor. And caught a guy spitting in the pool. COME ON FOLKS it’s the 21st century. They don’t give soap to annual members, only hotel guest. Not to mention the local indignant characters that visit the gym. All I want is a gym. Is this too much to ask?

Chinese Gym

The lobby has a band that is a tad out of place if you’re anticipating Chinese traditional music. Check in counter could be tidied up as there is plenty of clutter in the background and paper piles. That being said, the staff were friendly, spoke English and accepted NA credit cards for room deposit. The elevators are Air Conditioned and the hallways leading to the room were clean. The room door has adequate security and the furniture inside were modern and clean. The television had a few channels in English and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and in my room there was a stand alone shower and a bathtub. Electricity outlets and light switches were conveniently located right at the bed side. Breakfast had vegetarian options and utensils for those who prefer over chopsticks.

This hotel is next door to a mall that has food on the third floor and retail clothing on the first and second. There is a pharmacy and if you’re craving a coffee, there is a Starbucks that opens at 8am.

Good location and clean

The hotel is ok, bedrooms are good, there is a swimking pool and a gym. The buffet restaurant is not exactly the best in the world but it is ok; you can also eat some western food (hamburger & co) in the lounge until midnight.
Cons: not all tue personnel speaks english and there is no room service.

Good hotel

Very comfortable stay.  Would recommend this location to anyone travelling to Tai Zhou.  The place is clean and the staff is great.  They go out of their way to take care of you.  Considering the location you have no better choice.
